It would be better if you would quite the air conditioner it has a rattle in it somewhere it keeps you awake

Very nice furniture nice bed

Close to the airport, clean facility, would stay again if at a lower rate.

Mostly clean facility and room, parking lot was secure with plenty of spaces.

The walls are thin; in the areas close to out too we could hear the water running through pipes when another room flushes a toilet, doors opening and closing (many of the doors we notes would have a mechanism to slow their closing, but at the moment before closing would shut abruptly with a startling force.)

It was perfect for the occasion.

The pool area and was not too crowded

There is no restaurant you have to Uber eat.

Stay here for a family vacay

Everything was clean and staff was we welcoming

Pool was not heated it was very COLD and they said it’s a heated pool

It was very close to the beach and convienent.

The rooms all have patio's nice to look over the pool and enjoy the cool night air. They don't charge extra for the use of the cabana's really great to enjoy the poolside.

At the end of the day I like to take a shower then watch tv I wish there had been more channels to choose from. The Start of the day I wish breakfast would of included more choices.

Exceptional

Location is perfect and felt safe! The rooms are a decent size for a family and they are super clean.

No refrigerator to store my child’s milk or microwave and the ice machine didn’t work.

location across the street from the airport

a little confusion on the parking ticket. they kept it in the office so I had to leave my wife in the car and run back to the office to get the ticket to get out of the lot

Not the most interesting area, but a very pleasant stay…

Very plush hotel, clean with excellent facilities and friendly reception staff. Any concerns we had over its proximity to JW airport were completely unfounded. There was absolutely no noise - and not even any additional traffic in the area.

Car parking, though plentiful, involved a rather convoluted process of having cards stamped each time you came came out.

Very good

The breakfast is not vegetarian friendly. There’s no plant-based milk. It would be great to get some soy or oat milk for a very large number of people who are no longer doing dairy. Also, the water in your pots is never hot enough to cook either the oatmeal or steep the tea. I’ve stayed with you three or four times now and I always have to put the water on my oatmeal or tea, and then heat it in the microwave in the room next-door Surely a hotel as nice as yours and training staff to have boiling water for people during breakfast. That would be wonderful. The room was comfortable, the premises are very well-maintained, clean, pretty, and the staff is quite friendly. Your location is also excellent, right across from the airport

long story short. the staff was super nice. but the quality was just not there.

my room got flooded on Christmas so I have no where to stay. to say it’s already been a rough year is an understatement. I stayed at sonesta a week ago and my car got broken into and damaged. so I decided to try a different place… it was poring down rain and I had to walk outside past the pool in the rain to get to my hotel room (Atleast that’s what the lady said) when I got back to my room I got lost a friendly guy cleaning the floors was super nice and grabbed my bags and walked me to my door. when I got to the hotel there was only one trash can. my bed sheets were on inside out and kept falling off. I went to take a hot bath because it was freezing and the hot water didn’t work. finally realized if I let it run for about an hour it got a little hot… I went to go turn the heater on and it was sooooo loud I could barely sleep all night. but if I didn’t have it on it was about 65 in the room. every time I walked in the room I kept hearing a banging noise. I’m assuming from the tv stand in the room? not sure.

bed was comfortable

heater was noisy, parking was expensive and labor intensive with the barrier arm that can’t accept payment, and the TV was VERY difficult to get to work. Do not recommend.
