Fijn hotel als zwembad open zou zijn, Booking geeft geen eerlijke informatie hierover

Vriendelijk personeel, ruime kamer en comfortabele bedden

Zwembad niet open terwijl we dit van tevoren gechecked hadden (via Booking) en ook de reden was om hier te boeken. Ontbijt zeer eenvoudig.

It’s the perfect location.

The location was great. Close to restaurants. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had to keep asking for towels and washcloths everyday. One of the beds was so hard we couldn’t sleep on it.

We were happy with our room, value, quietness.

It was very comfortable and we slept well.

The furniture was a little scuffed up.

We had a comfortable stay.

Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We arrived later than expected, but had a very good night's sleep.

When website says breakfast is included I expect a full breakfast. There was a choice of using the waffle iron or having cold cereal. We didn't leave hungry though, so maybe it's just us, but we expected more.

Prefer hard dishes for breakfast rather than styrofoam.

Overall the hotel was great and right at the location we needed. Thank you for our pleasant experience!

The staff was amazing even through a power outage.

I only had one thing, being handicapped (not wheel chair, but have a hard time with my legs) it was hard to get up and down the stairs to my room as the room that was booked was for top floor. Also the bathroom, toilet paper was pretty far from commode so we had to take roll off dispenser and put behind commode to be able to reach.

It was adequate for one night stay and the price was right.

Location, easy to access. A lot of restaurants nearby.

Needs a bath towel rack close to shower, there was none. Bed was hard/too firm.

Pleasant

Everything looked to be ok. But when we arrived, there was a power outage and we could not check in normally or have a key card for our room. So with out staying up till 12:30 am, we could not check anything out with in the room or hotel. This was not at fault of the hotel at all. The front desk staff Lady was very friendly to work with. I know she did everything in her power to make our stay welcoming.

The power outage, it was not the fault of the hotel!

Nice hotel but terrible beds!

The hotel was very nice , clean and well kept. I hadn't stayed at a Red Roof in some time, and was pleasantly surprised.

The beds were horrible! They were so hard that it was like sleeping on a picnic table. Also, the frame was metal and sounded like a metal drum every time you rolled over. I didn't sleep all night!!!

the property has been completely remodeled. clean and modern. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast had lots of choices.

Great place to stay

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Brenda at the front desk was such a sweetheart. She was very friendly, and I appreciated the courtesy call after we checked in to see if our room was satisfactory. If I need a room next time I visit my daughter in Kentucky, I will definitely stay there.

Room just ends some more pictures. It was a little bare, and the shower was okay.
