Location Location location! Very personable innkeeper.
Ice tea, prepackaged snacks in the afternoon. I understand the breakfast is excellent.
Could use some love and amenities. One ice bucket kept in a mini fridge on the 2nd floor for the entire inn’s use. Other inns have ice-makers, free bottled water, homemade cookies for snacks. Could be kept up a bit better. Rotten out stair spindles on the front steps, marks on the walls, bathroom could use deep cleaning, removing black in the shower.

Front porch, breakfasts, an oasis at the beach

The location was great and the room (although small) worked for us.
"Ocean View" is a stretch - a small glimpse from the bathroom window is not something I would advertise as an ocean view.

Loved the beautiful design of the place
the squeaky boards but it wasn’t that big of a deal

Self checkin with clear instructions and a contact number if we needed anything. Room was clean, property was spotless. Coffee and snacks available. An AMAZING breakfast was included with our stay. The bed was so comfy and the room was adorable. We stayed in one of the 3rd floor dormers and it was perfect for the two of us. On-site parking available, which was nice and the place is a quick walk to downtown
We loved everything. Just be aware that the apron of the driveway was kind of steep if you have a low car, but there was amble parking on the street, which I think is metered during the day, but we weren’t charged anything during the winter season.

I loved the location. Right across the street from the boardwalk and ocean. The Washington Street Mall is walking distance from the B&B. The Victorian house has a lot of charm and cozy. The owner Joe was very attentive to your needs. I loved the gas fireplace in our room.
The shower did not have very hot water. The bed was very squeaky.

Location, room , breakfast
We drove separately because we come from two different areas....we were told one of us had to move a car out of parking lot and had to pay for parking.....very inconvenient having to take 30 minutes to drive around and find a spot and then pay for it when we were patrons of your business.... It was the one thing that was very disappointing and we would probably go somewhere else because of it. Other than that it was a great place and we had a nice day but because of us driving separately we just probably wouldn't do it again

The location was ideal! you can see the beach from our room and the Washington Mall was only about 3 blocks away. Parking was also good, once we parked, we walked most places without worry. The breakfast was fantastic, all home made and everyday was something new and delicious. We liked the fact that we could sit out on the porch and have breakfast, the weather was perfect for that.
Our shower was small, but we totally understand that on the third floor space is at a premium. It didn't detract from our stay at all.

Location was great. Breakfast was awesome.
Was noisy; creaking stairs, thin walls. I guess noise is just typical for old homes.

The Host was warm and sweet, as was the staff. The breakfast was fantastic, opening up with some fruit followed by a delicious breakfast casserole. Incredible location, a block to the beach, two blocks to the bars. The place had a classy old world charm.
