Great location
Had after hours checkin and never actually saw any staff/manager for our entire stay. We felt it was expensive and a bit impersonal. Breakfast was served by a lovely woman, as was tea, but we never felt like it was a managed hotel in the sense that many other places we've stayed have been for the price we paid. It was a just a very impersonal experience.

The Casablanca has a friendly staff, clean and well-appointed rooms and is within walking distance to all the main attractions in Cape May. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts, the available bicycles and the relaxing times spent on the front porch.
We had some difficulty working the air conditioner panel and noticed that you need to run the water for a bit of time before it gets hot.

Everything was fine except our first floor guest room and semi flat bike tires.
The first floor guest room is NOT an option.
Very poor location- noisy, not private.

Breakfast was delicious. Kamala was our inn keeper when we were there. She was extremely helpful and polite. Prepared home cooked delicious breakfasts for our stay. Even gave us a tour of the property so we could see other rooms for a future stay.

OH MY GOODNESS. Everything ! Seriously, couldn’t have been a more perfect location, the bikes included were amazing, the community of the guests was even great. I couldn’t rate this place higher! Our room was adorable and the breakfast was also delicious! Just come here, you won’t regret it
The bikes had to be back by 7pm, just wish we could have kept them longer!!! And maybe there should be a doorbell on the staff room if there is staff needed. We had to knock and sometime they couldn’t hear us.

Many employees were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, beautiful bed, but I would not rate this a five star hotel. It's a little rough around the edges. In a nice location, great breakfasts, met several returning guests who love the place. I found it frustrating in the bathroom to have so little room to put toiletries down. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak in the elegant bathtub, but it was too hard to use without any shelving whatsoever for soap or anything. I highly recommend that future guests pack their toiletries in one of those hanging pouch bags. Also, they are very supportive of people with food allergies which was very much appreciated.

Breakfast was delicious and beautifully plated.
Enjoyed the extras….sherry&brandy, afternoon tea! Staff was very professional and accommodating. Our room was a “little house” out back ..although small..was wonderfull….the attention to detail was evident …as it was throughout the main house!..an old Victorian with a surprise!
A lovely property
Nothing!

We loved the porch and very nice linens.
Our breakfast although very limited selection was of gourmet quality. Very nice touches.
We liked the fridge with water and soda included.
Bikes were available to ride as long as we wanted. It was a very nice bike ride by the ocean.
It was pleasantly quiet in our room.
We appreciated the adults only policy as we needed a break.
It was very pricy for such a small room.
The bathroom was cramped with no vanity space to put even a tooth brush.

The food was ok. I really liked that the chef accommodated my dietary needs. The room was very clean!
The French toast was a bit soggy.

Breakfast and location were both great!
It would be great if breakfast went until 10:30-11:00 as we would love to sleep in and wake up slow on vacation

Very nice breakfast and very nutritious! The location was excellent and very convenient to walkable Cape May.
Unsure of where to put dirty cups and utensils during tea.

Everything. The owner and staff were incredible and exceptional! The 1st room was excellent already, but we did have an issue with the restroom (it happens, we get it and we were not complaining either). The owner Andrew called me personally and moved us into an upgraded room which was top-notch as well! One of the employees, Doris made sure everything was right and we were happy and comfortable. We truly appreciate the hospitality.
