A quiet and easy walk to downtown and the bay.

Common Kitchen was located just us a short flight of stairs and furnished with pastry, fruit, eggs, cereal and milk. Had to clean up after ourselves but it was easy.

Great location, great communication, home away from home vibe!

Great location, easy access, very clean, full amenities of a home. This felt like a bed and breakfast and the small accent decorations in the room, the binder of menus and attractions, were perfect! The kitchen and living room gave this property an home away from home feel! The communication from owners was impeccable! Will stay again!

My stay was extremely pleasant, mostly because of the very courteous and helpful staff person.

Unfortunately, I did not take advantage of the breakfasts.

The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors beside, above, and below you. Fortunately, my neighbors were all very respectful, and kept the noise to a minimum.

Room was clean and very comfortable, and in walking distance (2 blocks) of downtown and the Sea Life Center.

Ok place to go if you don't mind an un-hosted B&B.

The cleaning person was very nice. There was coffee pot with coffee and tea in the kitchen along with some breakfast items. The location was good.

There is no one at the location to assist you. It is a B&B so you better hope for quiet neighbors. The bed was not very comfortable. I was locked out of the room and had to call and wait for someone to come to the property to let me in. Some guests decided to boil all of the eggs in the fridge and take them as snack on their trip, leaving none for the other guests. I recommend ear plugs if you need to get some rest just in case of noisy housemates.

Would not go back at this high price.

Breakfast was poor, no light in kitchen , coffee pot was not ready for use. On-site parking was very poor.

Fix the toilet like you said you would, no easy chair in the room.

Easy check in. Use of the kitchen with a little refrigerator with food for the taking. That was a nice addition — no need to buy mustard, etc. and a place to leave things if you have leftovers. Lessens waste. Clean and comfortable in a good location. Didn’t see any staff — just used the code to check in.

It’s an older house turned into a hotel so I was worried my child was walking/talking too loudly, etc. Dated interior but clean and comfortable.

Miserable

Breakfast nothing to write home about. Location convenient.

Check in not defined. Thought it was a hotel. Room was worn furniture beat up, headboard and footboard leaning into the center of the bed. Mattresses hard and lumpy. Sheets rough, scratchy and made us itch all night. What they used for a bed covering was stiff very thin and not large enough for the bed or warm enough. We found little bugs in the bed when we got up this morning. The shower was barely big enough to turn around. Elbows hit side of shower walls when washing. Conciare staff not helpful. Totally misleading write up. Would never have stayed if they haven't already charged my card before we got there at 3. Must be why they do NOT have a cancellation policy. No one would ever stay there.

Clean and comfortable but on the noisy side.

Very clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Excellent location.

Walls are thin so you hear neighbors coming and going, sneezing, coughing, etc...
