The hotel was adequate, but quite expensive for the type of room provided.

Very clean on arrival, but room was not serviced during stay.

Clock was broken—replaced. Coffee pot was missing pod holder. The pot was replaced.

TERRIBLY DISGUSTING!!!

Your hotel was the worst place I ever stayed… we checked in about 7 and checked out at 1am because there was roaches running on the walls.. there was blood stain on the mattress ..homeless people all over outside… lots of activity … people in and out!! You people should be ashamed of this!

Beds were so comfy I didn’t get a chance to get in pool it did look clean overall the breakfast is amazing super delicio

Very Clean was there after renovating has fully completed fresh paint hotel smells clean.

Room was phenomenal hallway fresh paint room as well.

I liked that there was at least some type of breakfast offered. Staff was very nice.

Would have liked more fruit offered At breakfast. Looked like renovations are happening you could smell paint in the hallways, but some areas still very rundown. Pool water did not look clean.

The people were helpful and it was a quiet environment. Wasn’t bad at all

The bed was comfortable and the room was at a comfortable temperature suited our needs fine

The shower dripped all night. The pool wasn’t kept up. The A/C leaked in the room but wasn’t a bad experience.

I would never stay in this hotel again.

We liked where it was located

It was very dirty. The lobby was filthy. Dirty stained carpet. The room had visible dirt on the floor when we got there. We asked that the room be cleaned the next morning. We came back in the late afternoon and the room had not been cleaned. The staff came to the room and did there best to clean it.

Not what I expected

The staff was friendly and helpful. Instead of carpet in the room, there was new hard wood flooring.

When I booked through Booking.com, my understanding is I would pay at the hotel, but the hotel charges one night stay before arrival. Then, when I arrived, presenting a new card, they refunded the pre-charge but then charged my old card again! The hotel is renovating. Walking down the hall, I felt like I was in an abandoned building. The appearance of the room made me feel better, accept for the chair in the room needed to be thrown out (dirty, it had ants). This used to be our favorite hotel to stay at when staying in Elizabeth City. We will not be returning until they've completed renovations.

The hotel is undergoing a major renovation. Perhaps this will be a really nice hotel when they are finished. Now it is like living in a house under construction.

The staff was excellent. The physical plant was terrible. Hammering and drilling into the evening. Fire door not closing, bare wiring exposed in hallway. Not advised when booking or would never had gone. Disgrace to company and city.

Staff made sure food was out early for runners. Thank you! staff seemed happy, so unusual these days.

The staff was FABULOUS! Nala and Megan (?) at the front desk we’re exceptional. friendly, helpful and so welcoming. Room was clean and huge.

the common areas are run down and the sink wouldn’t hold water.

good selection. started earlier than expected. good coffee. I have stayed at multiple Comfort inns while traveling from AZ. this was the best. Every other one was either filthy, irritable staff etc. Had decided to try this one because of the review ratings. Will probably stay here on my way back to fl from CT

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. Needs carpet replaced and a smoking area with benches and covering.

Carpet in hotel was stained bad and looked very nasty. Bathroom floor looked like it wasn’t swept or mopped in a while, especially in the corners. Shower didn’t have shampoo and conditioner in bottles and had black hair on the shower walls.
