Dreadful.

I can't say that I really liked anything.

The room was pretty much disgusting. The ceiling was falling down. There were holes in the bedspreads and stains on the bedspreads. The chair was horribly stained- it looked like somebody slaughtered a cow on it. That were stains in the toilet. The little mini fridge rocked when you opened it. The toilet was sluggish. No stopper for the sink.

Good value. Location and parking is convenient, price is acceptable, staff is friendly.

Rooms have been renovated, beds are very good. Laundry facility is excellent.

Bathrooms and plumbing need more work.

Are we safe here

Every thing was fine until 5:45am in the morning .I was awakened by a disturbance, where as the state police had to be called.

Apparently there is no security in the lot for quest safety. At 5:45 in the morning a car load of people were able to pull into the lot in view of the office and proceed to enter a quest room forcefully and assault a paying quest. Waking every one up. Then get back in their vehicle and pull of. This is disturbing!

A good experience

Location was very convenient. Room 107 was perfect for my needs.

The a/c heater unit said filter needed to be cleaned/changed. Also the floor felt sticky, needed a more thorough cleaning.

My stay was very dissatisfying and disappointing!!!

I did not feel safe eating at this facility because it was very dirty and nasty!!!!

The room was filthy. The bed was old and very uncomfortable. A lot of people who stayed were very suspicious. The front desk clerk was very rude. The facility and Rooms are very dated and old and the room smelled like mildew.

Excellent, a great find, truly a great value spot.

This hotel is an absolute gem. The staff is just incredible. So friendly, so helpful, so quickly responsive to a question. The place is just immaculate. The dining area is spotless. Probably could eat off the floor. Had a small issue with a shower that very quickly was taken care of with great attention and very pleasant response. The people in the office, especially the older Black lady were just so friendly and helpful. I can't get over how great this place is. Thanks to all the staff there for doing such a great job.

Have stayed here many times over the years but on this occasion servicand communication was lacking!

Never had breakfast. Location and access to eateries in the area.

Rooms and hotel need to be fully renovated

The area was lovely especially cause I work up this way anyway

The room was very outdated and reeked of cigarettes like the cleaning staff were smoking while cleaning the rooms and the room smelled so bad of cigarettes, stains on the walls , nats were flying around took me a extra hour to fully clean and sanitize the room efficiently

Convenient location but won’t stay there again.

Food was left in the refrigerator from guests staying before us. There were ants in our room and the shower/ bath water did not fully turn off. Water dripped the entire time.

Staff was friendly.

Floor had so much crumbs and dirt. Sheets had paint stains. Lamp didn’t work. Sink filled and took a while to drain. Many cords on multi use cords seemed dangerous. Woke up with bed bug bites.

Safe, low price option

The property was conveniently located 10 min from downtown, and had parking that could access a large tradesmen van.

It was a little worn and in need of repair, but that was circumvented by a helpful friendly staff. If you need a quiet safe place to pass the night, this is a reasonably priced option. It’s not a place you would go and hang out, but for what it is, it suited my needs perfectly.

It was very inexpensive but I would never go back.

Breakfast was okay. Exercise room was good but for broken tv and clock. Entire property is very worn. I think it needs to be torn down and replaced.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating!

The hotel is older and in need of some major TLC. It was clean which is what we were concerned with. For the price of the night, it was worth it.

Very unpleasant.

Went into the room the floors were nasty and dirty with crumbs on them, the bath tub was full of water, the linens didn't look or feel fresh, refrigerator was leaking. Spoke to the attending person stating the room needs to be swept and clean, but they only did a partial job; if I could have gotten my money back I would have left that place. I'm currently in the process of writing a letter to the general manager, board of health, and blast on media with the pictures I took of how nasty and dirty the place was and DO NOT support.

Had high hopes.

The location and the price...but then again, you get what you pay for.

Where do I start? I get hotels are in business to make money but I can say we would never stay here again. The staff was fine as was ths location, but talk about seedy. As soon as you get out of the vehicle you smell the marijuana. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking but some of the guests basically did what they wanted in the doorways. The rooms were not great..the AC sounded like an airplane taking off, you hear everything including all the doors slam, the beds are like a slab of rock and forget quality tv. So let's not even discuss the "extra business" that was clearly being run out of one of the rooms...which made the second floor like a red light district. Can't believe management wasn't aware or just doesn't care. Needless to say, I would not be interested in anything this hotel had to offer.

Motel with a pool. Wonderful staff

This is a motel with a pool. The bed was comfy, the room clean, the shower was good and you could make your own tea and coffee. The breakfast was fairly utilitarian. What made the stay for us was Jackie, who we met on reception. She is someone we will remember for years because she was so kind, helpful and absolutely lovely. PS: visit the Delaware art museum, it’s unexpectedly really good. You can get to this hotel on the bus from town, and there are some big chain places to eat nearby, which you can easily walk to.

nothing. absolutely nasty hotel. omg, they gotta be selling dope out this hotel. loud music people knocking on the door in the middle of the night saying they were looking for someone else.

trashy. the parking lot and building was disgusting. toilet had brown stains. dirty sheets. tv only got 8 channels. walls were disgusting. the room had the nastiest dead body odor. omggggg. bull doze this hotel immediately

really liked the location and short distance from Philadelphia and the low price
