For the short amount of time we stayed there it was very unpleasant. Will definitely not recommend.

The room was clean

There was a strong horrible smell in the hallway and you could smell it in the room. The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower was disgusting. The TV was all scratch up.

I can’t complain but staff make you feel like if you get a voucher than you have to tolerate ALOT of bs from them

Stayed 5 days, the employees were Great, Good deals and prices, and My Kid and his Friends had a good Time. Plus it’s a

Rooms were big enough for 3 teenagers to play in.

It was the worst stay I had at any place ever.

There was no breakfast.

The staff was rude. They lie to the guests. They put ne in a room with bed bugs roaches and mice.

Roaches, bed bugs, rude and ignorant staff. When I called the corporate office they were as about useless and ignorant as the staff. If I complained about the bugs they told me to leave and they were calling the cops. Yelling and hollering at guest. The head maid was really rude and was always ignorant to EVERYONE

unkempt, needs updated instead of painting over sinks tubs toilets. some doors don’t close correctly and my sliding door was broken and so was my chain on my door didn’t have the latch just the chain hanging. floors were dirty and so was bathroom.

Don't stay they have bed bugs and roaches and don't put clean sheets on the bed just pillow casesī

Location

The house keepers watch you and what you are doing more then they do work. My truck broke down and the house keeper lied and said we stayed in the parking lot all night when we only stayed long enough for AAA to come jump my truck. The front desk lied and said I through trash out my truck and they seen me on camera but when I ask to see the camera I wasn't aloud. And the rcoom smelled like a dog house instead of a hotel room

The house keepers stands around on their phones alot. Room wasn't cleaned beds were just made and also the trash wasn't checked.

The room that I was giving had no hot water and had roaches in the room, so I had to go to the office and get my room switched, that took almost an hour because of the inconveniences I was 30 minutes late on the check out but the motel charged me $25,00 from being late. The rooms are not clean

TERRIBLE do not stay here

NOTHING! DO NOT STAY HERE!

immediately after checking into our room we noticed 3 roaches. we asked for a change of room, in which there were none left, and instead I asked them to spray the room with bug spray. I had to call back 30 mins later to ask if they were coming and no one showed up AT ALL. Secondly, the thing on the door that allows you to swipe your card died and we were locked out of our room. the overnight worker was of zero help and I was forced to call the police, in which he was very helpful and got the keys from the front desk man to let us in our room (all which the overnight could’ve done himself). it took us 2 hours before we got back in our room. the next morning I went to the front desk to complain about what we had experienced and the only thing the woman said to me was “well you stayed the entire night”. by the time we were let back in our room was almost 4am! ridiculous and rude! will never stay there ever again and I advice anyone else not to as well.

Quiet but distasteful housekeeping staff

Front Desk staff was exceptional and the motel was very quiet. The room was very spacious.

The tub only the shower head worked. The water did not fill up the tub to give my baby a bath. The housekeepers were so rude to my children and sisters. I was running alittle late for coming to pick them up for checkout. I communicated with the front desk, and they said it was fine. The housekeepers kicked them out the room anyway.

Was ok but for the money should have been nicer.

Bed was comfortable, Cover had a cigarette burn in it.

Refrigerator was unplugged and smelled so I could not use it. Bathroom lock malfunctioned and I was locked in for a few minutes as doorknob was loose and it would not open for a few minutes.
