Nice little place, peaceful with character.

The room was nice. It had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was awful. Too small and the shower head was like a pressure washer.

Cute little place with charm

The hotel was adorable. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the grounds and the outdoor swing. It's an older hotel but that's what we expected and wanted.

The pricing for everything is way too high, but we expected it. This is why we come once a year.

The sheets were the best I've ever slept on.

The walk back from visiting the bars was all uphill, but it is what it is.

No electricity so I should not have to pay for this overpriced room.

Quaint, unique and nice manager

no electricity so no heat. Hotel did not have a backup generator. Electricity went out as soon as I checked in. No light, no heat in room. Unable to shower, used flash light to see. Wore coat and gloves to bed, along with 4 blankets and sleeping bag. I could see my breath in the room. Left in the middle of the night because of the lack of electricity and heat. I am requesting a full refund.

parking lot was very icy as well as sidewalk. loud guests early morning. microwave wasn’t cleaned. someones hot chocolate left in microwave. gross

Mark Twain room - quaint and delightful

Room is about 50 yards from the center of town, so a nice walk. Great view of the valley from the back of the inn.

Exceptional

Loved the place, great staff, comfortable beds, within walking distance to the fun of shops, lunch, coffee bar, yet far enough away you can relax peacefully, will be a return customer just to stay in a different themed room.

Didn't get to stay longer, Not one complaint we me what so ever, Bonanza ranch isn't open any longer, 92yr old elder truly wanted to see it.

Nice Place To Stay In A Great City

The decor of the room was nice. It gave the feel of the era Virginia City is known for. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a good size and offered a jacuzzi tub.

The bed wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the most comfortable. The only thing the room needed was a place to hang clothes.

Great place to stay

Everything was great. We arrived early and just wanted to put our things in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful they told us it was no problem. We stayed in the retro room and it just brought back memories of my childhood.

The shower was a little small. Other than that it was great.
