American small town standard with all advantages and disadvantages.

A lot of beautifull flowers. Great tree at the center of property. Friendly owner. Good american breakfast.

Central air conditioning. Small renovation wouldn't be bad...

We love exceptional privately held businesses!

A wellrun small ‘mom and pop’ run establishment. We have stayed here before several times over the years and we continue to be greeted warmly and appreciated the comfortable rooms. As motorcycle tourists we appreciate close proximity parking to our rooms and the provision of rags and cleaning fluids for our bikes.

Sad to hear that this property is in the process of a sale, but owner states that she will remain as an employee to manage the property. We have reservations for 2023.

It was GREAT!

Loved the friendliness of the staff, her "kitty", the fresh banana nut and pumpkin bread, the soft beds, and cleanliness of the rooms.

I liked everything.

Very rude owner

owner is very very rude as when we checked out she questioned how I was going to not tear up her grass with my trailer, then when my wife came out to put the dogs in the truck she yelled out the door she didn’t allow dogs on her grass, no signs any where that this was the policy and little did she know they had used it twice the night before and as I told her I know how to drive and I didn’t get on her grass. How this place has a high rating is beyond me as she was definitely the rudest person I have dealt with in a hotel in a very long time.

Clean spacious room. Beautiful, shady grounds. Host was very friendly, made home cooked fruit and nut breads for breakfast.

There wasn't anything to not like. Everything was great!
