Visita a familia en USF en hotel cercano y agradable.

Cerca de USF, todo correcto segun lo esperado, incluso un poco mejor en algun aspecto.

Puede mejorar algun aspecto, pero nada que me pareciese importante respecto a lo que buscabamos.

Nice place to stay but the rooms had a musky smell and the bathrooms are to small

Horrible hotel horrible beds uncomfortable but wonderful people

The people that worked there were wonderful. They get a 10. They went out of their way to be kind and help us. They knew we were going to the cause Moffitt hospital. . They tried to find us a room with a firm bed. You didn’t have a room with a good bed just like the downtown property. The hotel, like the one downtown needs a total remodeling and super cleaning job new furniture and mattresses and we unfortunately saw roaches here also. You need to bomb all your hotels. You need a complete remodel and new mattresses. We were stuck or we would not have stayed at the property s and the property at Busch Gardens had a wonderful staff in the downtown Hyatt the staff was horrible even mean!

See above. We hated both property’s were stuck staying at the properties but stayed in great pains. Your staff at this property is wonderful. You need new mattresses at both properties and total remodel job and to bomb for roaches and vermin at both properties.

They took double the money from my acct The staff were very rude and incompetent They even charged me $ 50 for incidentals before us even got there I’m still waiting for the money to be released

Die Lage, ansonsten absolut NICHTS …

Achtung: Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig (12 US/pro Nacht). Ein gebuchtes und beständiges Bett für die dritte Person musste bei Ankunft selber bezogen werden, ein Safe ist weder im Zimmer noch im Hotel verfügbar! Nach einem ganztägigen Aufenthalt im Park Busch Gardens, war abends das Zimmer nicht gereinigt (weder Betten gemacht noch saubere Handtücher, geschweige gestaubsaugt!!!). Eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption war erfolglos, man teilte uns völlig desinteressiert mit, dass man dies morgen kläre, weil das Zimmerpersonal nun nicht mehr da sei!!! Ein Pool ist auch vorhanden, dieser befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich, welchen man um 8pm verlassen muss, somit kann man sich nur noch in dem nicht gereinigtem Zimmer aufhalten. JEDES MOTEL IST BESSER UND DIE MITARBEITER/INNEN SERVICEORIENTIERTER

Was decent for a quick weekend but probably wouldn’t stay there again unless they got an upgrade

Very close to bush gardens had a shuttle to the park which was very convenient.

Lobby very small which is the same place they did breakfast. Not very comfortable as far as that small place and having many people for breakfast. Also the bathroom was coming apart the tile had black stuff on it didn’t look cleaned very well. And the water pressure was almost non existent.

None. The picture looks nice but don’t be fooled.

Very old faculty needs an update. Dirty floor, dirty bed, when I pulled sofa bed there were snack in between the cushion.

It was okay

The property does need some renovation but one of the front staff has mentioned they are working hard to do so this year.

It was more of the odd smells in the hallway that leaks into our room and a “full house” at the hotel. We seem to have booked during a time where the hotel was really booked. It was packed and the amenities could not be enjoyed

Convenient location for USF Graduation Weekend

Location and included breakfast was great, staff were nice, room was clean and large

$12 a night to park at the hotel, & you pay it through an app on your phone like a public parking lot. Mattresses could really be updated/ changed out.

It was a fine stay.

It was very close to Busch Gardens and close to fast food restaurants.

The room was incredible dated and dark. The bathroom unfortunately has an unpleasant smell. Good for a night but nothing special.

Superb

Great location. Comfortable bed with larger room. The staff was very friendly. Loved the shuttle to Busch Gardens. Breakfast was great also. Heated pool.

Overall great place that deserves a 10/10 for everything, you won’t regret staying here and will in fact love it.

Room was very nice, Staff was super friendly, Breakfast nice hot and ready every morning, Room service always kept my room clean and restocked with towels. Extra towels just for the pool. Pool was super nice and clean. Parking on every corner, everything was great

This was the perfect place to come to after a long day and sleep, eat repeat.

heated pool and breakfast available each morning was a big reason why we choose the Hyatt.

we got a king suite and used the pullout couch- when we asked for an additional pillow or blanket we were told they didn’t have any available so one of my son’s didn’t have a pillow all week. I asked the second day for a pillow or blanket and got a blanket so they each had a blanket to themselves.

Pleasant

We encountered a few problems during our stay. The first room had a sewage smell, but they were very accommodating and moved us to a different room. The refrigerator in the new room did not work. They were accommodating in providing us a new one. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but could use some updating. The room had moisture problems, especially when sleeping at night, The air quality felt very poor and very humid.

Exceptional

I didn’t know what to expect with the mixed reviews, but when I checked in the room was clean the hotel place smelled clean the room was big and the bed was comfortable! I didn’t eat breakfast been seen they had a good selection as eggs bacon waffles cereal better than most hotels that offer continental breakfast! There’s also a grocery and gas station just a short drive from location

What a Dump

Location

Front desk staff was not helpful. My room did not have a working closet door. My desk had no outlet. I requested an upper floor and I was given a first floor room next to the side door and service closets. As an African American professional it was embarrassing and upsetting. I do not to think that race is ever an issue. But I was treated completely differently by the white male with a European accent than I was by the young African American women. I had not been to a Hyatt in quite some time. I returned after many years with the hope that things had improved. My experience was unforgettable and I will never book a room at a Hyatt Place again.

Very poor

Very surprised this hotel has an 8+ star rating (which is why I even considered it).The rooms are somewhat dated. The sheets smelled like old sweat. You had to download Chromecast and log into your own accounts to watch TV. The room was so musky that it was hard to breathe. I actually got an allergic reaction from something in the room and had to check out immediately. The hotel refused to give me a refund despite pleading my case to management. In the end this hotel costed me $$$. Will not recommend - esp. for work.

Our stay was very pleasurable because of the AMAZING staff!

Staff was the best part of our entire stay! ALL of them were so kind and accommodating! We did not meet one person that did not go out of their way to make our stay better.

Rooms need updating, and our room smelled sour.
