Impressively bad

The lights in the room worked

The check in process. There was a $10.00 security cash only security deposit. I'm not sure what $10 is supposed to do, why it's cash only, and why staff surprises you after I already paid for the room. The heat and ac did not work. The TV did not work. The alarm clock did not work. The shower had a terrible angle towards the lower body. The room had an odor. There was a large stain on the carpet, which I don't want to jump to conclusions, but it does look like blood. Their linens and towels were also stained. I got to the hotel after 10pm and leaving first the in the morning, I wasn't looking for a lot, just a place to sleep, but omg, this was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They have a no refund policy or I would have left and went somewhere else.

Horrible loss of time and money

Was nasty rude people and still have not received refund. It's theft. I will not be using booking.com in the future at all if I do not get refunded. G Horrible experience and big waste of my time. Not happy 😒

Dirty, no working TV, NO ice. People getting arrested with police everywhere. We left and filed for a refund. Hopefully this will occur as we did not stay longer than 30 minutes.

Good location. Clean room. Staff was not friendly and took too long to return our $20 cash deposit. Will not stay here again!!!

you get what you pay for

the rooms are cheaper

they didn’t have cable. the ac/heat need to be looked at, the staff rush you out by ten when the check out time at eleven and it has bugs so you get what you pay for
