Close to Bar Harbor but far enough away to downtown.
The bed was worn out past it’s service date, the pool was closed even though I was told it would be open when I called a week before, the breakfast was always missing items and substitute items were always in there although I made my order per the sheet they gave us, the closet rod was missing, they don’t let you use ice for your cooler, the room had a funny smell that wasn’t cleaning chemicals, the usb ports on the lamp were only half of them working.

Proximity to bar harbor and Acadia!
The overwhelming smell of cleaner. The check in process- no one around to check us in
2.0
The pool was closed. Clearly neglected. View of trash from the back window. Very disappointing for a $200 room.
Pool open as advertised. More attention to cleanliness detail. More care for the property/grounds.

Nice, clean room. Good location and worked well with me needing a late check in time.
Weird that there was no mirror in the bathroom but did look like there was still some remodeling going on.

The room was very clean and had a pleasant smell. The bedding was very clean and arranged nicely. All fixtures in the bathroom were very clean and there was bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The water pressure was great and adjustable but hot water did not last long. The location is very convenient to downtown Bar Harbor, 8 mins, and just 20 mins from Ellsworth.
We had a queen room and the mattress was horrible. It was very worn out with almost no support. You could feel the inner coils and they creaked with every movement like old worn out truck springs. I awoke with a sore back. The toilet was toddler sized and the floor underneath was on a slant as if repaired poorly. The sink had no stopper and very little counter space. The hot water did not last very long.

Check in was very easy and fast! They were so friendly and let us check in late, thank you!!

The staff was friendly. The room is Affordable for what is available. It’s Not far from Bar harbor or Acadia National park. Bed comfortable
There was an odd closed up smell. No ice available. Coffee was not good. Had to make the coffee in the bathroom. No outlet close for the short cord.

location
Price was 300 hundred dollars per day, Way to expensive, for what we got, parking confusing, no breakfast of any kind.very noisy could here every one around you.

The location to the park is nice. It is a quiet, shaded lot.
It was hard to get anyone in the office, it is dated and needs some general upkeep. I’m generally ok with dated as long as it’s clean. However, there was a Kleenex under the edge of the bed and hair in the bathtub drain. It had a kitchenette with a note not to use it. I felt like we paid a lot of money only for the convenience of the location.

What breakfast
The travelers before us left dirty socks near our room and a uncleared grill also the fire pit was taken away on our second day , also the ice machine had a very little ice barely a scoop.

Location is close to Acadia National Park, perfect for my plans I had there.
No blinds on back window, anyone can see in if they were walking behind the building.

Location was good. Attendant was friendly. Room was easy to access. Bathroom was clean.
Only 3 small pillows for King sized bed. When we asked for more, we were told they had all been given out. Window shade was ripped. Dim lighting in the room. No ice in the ice machine. Could see daylight between the door and jamb.

Remote was iffy until.you were close to the box.

We picked this motel for the location and it is a motel you have to keep that in mind, it is not a hotel. It was worth the $$ for what you got, the rooms were comfortable and had plenty of room. A nice picnic area under the pine trees that needs some updates and cleaning, but nice to sit and have a drink at.
Pretty got what we expected for a motel, but the choice was made for location and price only.
4.0
Such a great property with pretty tables and a fire pit for guests. Beautiful trees, yet off the main road, Route 3. It was super peaceful which was what I needed. Nobody bothered me and I was permitted to stay until noon, which was perfect.
Really nothing!

The location to where I was hiking what was good.
The pool wasn’t open. They didn’t seem to care for the property very well.

The location near Acadia National Park was good. The apartment had a kitchen and that's why we booked it.
The staff wasn't helpful. We barely saw them at the reception. The apartment was really shabby and old fashioned. There were two king side beds. The one was quite good but the another one creaked when you moved. So, it was difficult to sleep at all! That bed should throw away. The accommodation wasn't good value for money!

Absolutely nothing
1. The room was nothing like what was advertised; it was old, tiny, stunk, bed uncomfortable, perpetually humid, so carpet was always wet! Looked very different from what booking.com showed.
2. Rooms advertised as $99; we were charged $193 for a nasty room that was the same size as our walk-in closet.
3. Shower curtain was torn. No cover on the freezer part of the tiny fridge, so everything froze.
4. Mirror in room was never cleaned.
5. I tried addressing the issues at the front desk, was told to call booking.com. Booking.com told me to take it up with the front desk.
6. This is a horrible place to stay. Dirty. Tiny room. Humid in the room, even with a/c constantly running. Just terrible. We called it motel hell!

Nothing
Reason for staying was because the facility had a pool, when we got there the pool was not in service. Room was filthy and there was pubic hair all over the bathroom floor (I have pictures). Staff just had one tone didn't show any excitement/happiness towards there customers.
