Clean and comfy with all the amenities for a perfect night. Snacks and drinks in the lobby were an added treat. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Property is great and the woman working the main desk was very friendly. Located at the beginning of downtown bar harbor and has great restaurants right across the street. 5-10 minute walk to the pier and waterfront. Highly recommended to anyone going to bar harbor.

Great location with ample free parking. We liked that it was not right in the middle of the busiest area of town but a short walk away (5 mins) and much quieter. Room was clean but fairly basic in terms of in-room amenities, although it was a very good size for our 3 night stay. We also appreciated (and made use of) the large fridge in the room.
Breakfast was self-serve/grab and go style in the reception area (pastries/yoghurts) and fairly basic compared to some of the other guest houses we had just stayed in during our vacation. Considering the high room rate, it's a shame there is no separate area to sit and eat breakfast rather than having to take everything back to our room. But, overall, this was a minor concern for us and we enjoyed our stay!

Nice new bed.
I thought a full breakfast would be served, but it was just a continental breakfast.

excellent room, walkable location, quiet and the best ‘grab and go’ breakfast I’ve ever had. fresh fruit and pastries, quality yogurt, and granola oats, and Blueberry Coffee!
Owners very helpful with recommendations for dining (McKay’s—perfect!)

Booked at the last minute and so glad we did! The hotel is beautiful, great location and in walking distance to everything. The bed was wonderful and had plent of pillows- did not skimp at all! The room was the best- 2 beds/ bathroom and decorated so fun and beautiful. Loved how it was pictures and decor from the area around. The staff was great and sweet. Amazing grab and go breakfast- wow! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
That I could not stay longer :(

The room was huge!

Rooms are great, recently refurbished they are very well designed and decorated in a modern style taking advantage of the high ceilings of a classic house. Bed was really really comfortable. Good selection of complementary snacks in reception. The Manager, Skye went above and beyond helping me with a trip, using her local knowledge and contacts to make it happen!

Location.

Stayed for two nights at the end of October so the town was quiet but there was still plenty to see. Our room was adorable; they had us right on the first floor but the rooms are so quiet you could barely hear outside noise even though we were right next to the (extremely convenient) back parking lot. The location couldn’t be beat, just a few blocks from restaurants and shops. Only a few minute walk to the waterfront as well. The to-go breakfast bars and muffins were a perfect touch before a long day of sightseeing!

Our stay was very pleasant but I didn’t feel the photographs of the rooms I had seen represented the room we had. I was expecting more style. Our room was small, plain and quite motel like. The bathroom was modern. The ceilings were low and the window was tiny, a bit oppressive.
I felt it was quite overpriced for the standard of accommodation

Overall the Little Fig was a great stay with helpful and friendly staff. The room was nicely updated and very clean with quality sheets and towels. Breakfast muffins and coffee were excellent. Overnight oats were a nice alternative.
They need to add a door strip on door jam to minimize light from hallway and noise.

all good

The receptionist. A continuous entail breakfast for that price would be acceptable

Located on one of the main roads into the city center and about a 10-15min. walk to the center. Room was spacious and clean. Parking on the premises behind the hotel. A help-yourself breakfast was provided and there were plenty of things to chose from.
The room towards the street was a little on the noisy side - especially in the morning due to the traffic. We missed a terrace or a balcony to sit and have a drink - there were a few chairs next to the parking lot on the grass but this wasn't very inviting. The hotel was good but missed some charm.

Location is good, walking distance to Main Street.
There was no closet nor hangers for clothes at all. Room pretty small. Price is kind of high for the type of accommodation you get. Perhaps it's because Bar Harbor is an expensive town?
Breakfast is a grab and go, not a lot of choice.
