Breakfast was great. Convenience to downtown. Quality room.
Carrying our bags to the 3rd floor.

It was exceptionally clean, friendly helpful staff, really close to town. Loved the front area where you could relax in front of the hotel. Cookies and coffee in the lobby. Breakfast served right to your room! Included in stay if you are in the inn part. I was in the Sargents room. The porch was delightful and wishing I could have used the pellet stove but it was not quite the weather for it.
The only thing I didn’t like is how earlier they wanted to clean your room and the housekeepers almost made you feel pressured to be out and about by a certain time. Even when you didn’t indicate you wanted your room cleaned (there is a sign on the doorknob to indicate you want your room made up. I wanted to lounge around some days. On my first day while just getting out of the shower I heard knocking at the door and then someone unlocked my door and came in then knocked at the bathroom door. I said hello in a bit of a confused annoyed way and they said oh and left. That was not cool at all. I like my Privacy. Im assuming they wanted to see if I wanted my room made up but wouldn’t I have out the sign out on the doorknob to let them know if I did? That was my only weird uncomfortable complaint. It never happened again after that. Just lock the top lock in addition to the bottom. All in all it was a great stay!

Didn’t get the breakfast.
Location was excellent! 1/2 block from Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. A short walk to Shore Path access.

Very very nice.
Didn't know what I was booking, the inn or motel!

loved charm of the house and location.
I have lots of allergies. We had a fireplace in our room and it appears to have burn wood. it was a damp windy night and I could not breath because of the fireplace smell.

Cute old house. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Nice touches. Fresh cookies!
Our room was on the 3rd floor. Showed me how out of shape I was after climbing the stairs. 😂 There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great location, good parking

Breakfast was very good, however, Keurig coffee just doesn’t make the cut for the price point.
The location is very nice and convenient to town and the waterfront.
The spaciousness of our room and porch was very nice, although perhaps too many furniture pieces.
Staff sits behind a roll top desk that really doesn’t feel welcoming. I for one like seeing the faces of people I’m speaking with.
The parlor and our room felt overrun with furniture pieces.
Our bed was uncomfortable for my husband…he felt that he was rolling off the edge (great pillows though!)

Everything was wonderful! Excellent location!
Honestly nothing comes to mind.

Location, breakfast
Staff very unfriendly compared to most b and bs we have stayed at. Afternoon gentlemen would not even raise his head to acknowledge you while coming or going. Cleaning staff were the nicest. My wife asked to revise her breakfast form hours before it was due and young female receptionist had a minor meltdown. As much as loved area and location will likely look and advise elsewhere.... Breakfast was good, however would have liked more options for a 4 day stay.
Location was perfect.
Room smelled stale, even though it’s an old inn, decor needs updated. Chairs in room were uncomfortable & cheap, as was table & pictures.

Breakfast was pretty good. Could have been better but a very small negative on a really great experience. Will stay here again.

Didn't have breakfast, but so many options in Bar Harbor for that.

Moseley Inn is in a great location. When you walk out your front door you are already in the middle of Bar Harbor and Bar Harbor activities. The made-to-order breakfast was hearty and brought right to your room.
Check out is right at 11am! And, However, there is no restaurant or bar on the premise.
