The room was clean. Restaurants were handy. Nice balcony and view.
The shower had a mind of its own. Would change temperatures throughout the shower and even completely stopped then started working again. The bed was as soft as the floor that it sat on. Also you have to pay for parking (which is located across the street) daily.

The view of the ocean was amazing ... Location is the best . The parking garage was accessible. The elevators were big enough to fit a decent amount of people or things.the sliding glass door was heavy but kept the noise down to a minimum. The ac goes way cold down to 50s which is amazing because most places do not.
The water pressure on the seventh floor was lacking. Every so many minutes the water would die down even more . There were bits of mold around the shower. The towels were dingy. The floors had dirt prior to me even entering that area. There also was a hair on the remote that wasn't mine.

Close to beach front/boardwalk
Having to fight for parking in garage, especially on weekend, using card to get out, understandable if require to get into garage but as hotel guest, having to get card out of wallet twice is annoying
No room service option for meals
After check in, settler in and unpack, including wiping down with clorox wipes as our routine, left out to dinner; came out with insects/bugs swarming our ceiling, informed front desk, but was asked if we left balcony door open. Apparently, found out ourselves that if you open balcony door after certain hours, mainly as night falls, many bugs swarm your room ceiling and lights inside. But staff never alert guest not to open balcony after certain hours or nightfall (btw, we did not since we left hotel to dinner when it was stil bright out having checked in around 4p/5p)
Front desk moved us one floor down, did not offer any assist, upon inspecting closer new room, noticed stains on sheet on one bed and blanket of another (same as last room, just didn't pay no mind at first), microwave was stained and even staff came up and witnessed himself and agreed we need replacement microwave, there were sands on chair that we had to sweep down, front desk sent staff and he informed us that he was valet so he's just helping out, brought in broom to sweep sand, was better but still sand in room, asked if he had vacuum then he thought of it, came brought and dropped off two bed spreads that was tight to fit, got frustrated doing ourself due to very tight, had to call downstairs and informed front desk no one did our bed to replace the stained spread and blank, and did not bring blanket replacement, was informed it was due to short staff, after my comments on we having to work for them and didn't like room not being clean, they didnt offer to move until I requested another room that is clean and ready, was told to hold on and they will call back to see if any available, was informed to go down one more floor...

The staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast staff the most.
We had to ask for towels several times. Being a family of four 2 towels is not enough & when asked they would only bring 2 more. Also the a/" unit stopped working several times 3 times someone had to repair it while staying our 4 nights.

Close proximity to the park on the beach, mostly clean, quiet hotel.
Check in as at 4pm. We arrived at 5:15pm and was told our room wasn’t ready. Waited about 30 minutes and had to ask again when our room would be ready and was told “check in begins at 4pm, we can’t guarantee that the room is ready by 4pm”. Wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience of having to wait in the lobby with two young kids for almost an hour after a 6 hour drive.

The bathroom lighting was very dark. Beach was so nice and very well groomed. Location was great too! Pool area was nice. I was hoping the pool bar would've been open during our Sunday to Thursday stay. Lager Heads Restaurant had great food.

The manager was very nice and gave us a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. Amato from Valet was very nice as well. We were treated very nice by the front desk staff. My wife said she felt like royalty. I told her that's why we came here. We purchased a king suite with a nice Ocean view. The suite was very nice.
The cleaning staff were very nice and did a great job. The hotel looked wonderful inside and out. The prices for amenities like juices and snacks were very reasonable. I liked that we had the option of Room Service post pandemic, the pricing all being very reasonable. I felt 9 pm was a little early to stop service though. I liked that we were able to rent cabanas or chaise lounge chairs for the beach. The prices were reasonable as well with the ability to charge to the suite. The pool was very nice and the inside outside option was very unique with the rainfall effect inside.
The suite smelled a little off but wasn't sure how. I don't have allergies with the exception of dogs but the first 3 days I was a mess with sneezing and watery eyes whenever I was in the room, with the exception of getting a shower or the balcony. I did a little research online about causes and I already knew it was environmental and limited to the room. I narrowed it down to the AC filter. I went down to the front desk and they had the engineer go change the filter and they gave me clean sheets. We changed the sheets and within a couple hours there was a noticeable difference. By the following day I was back to normal and had no other issues the rest of the week.
I was comped valet service for the week but of course am well versed in proper hospitality etiquette and made sure I took care of the Valet guys. Amato, who is fantastic by the way, suggested I come down later and they'd place my new sports car in VIP. I was tired from travelling and didn't make it down. I offhanded inquired about moving my car to VIP when I returned to another younger valet guy the following day and was quoted 50 dollars. Anyone in hospitality knows that's a no no. I was going to tip twice that for a decent close spot and ended up just letting them place it wherever in the garage. Please train these younger guys with proper etiquette. It made me nervous frankly to let the kid have my car after that exchange. Luckily an older gentleman was working next time and he was exceedingly cautious and courteous.
The elevators make horrible noise which is unnerving to some. I was in one on my way up and the second elevator made a loud bang and was out of service for a while. The one I was in has some obnoxiously overly squeaky wheels which never were fixed within the week I was there. Just not what I would expect Hilton or Otis to consider normal operation. Made it feel less than upscale.

The room was very nice. We loved the "hardwood" floors - so much better than carpet, and MUCH appreciated by an asthmatic. The bed itself was comfortable, foam pillows would be nice. The shower head was great. The 0% shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, face soap, lotion, etc were amazing.
Front desk was always professional and friendly, willing to assist you.
The bathroom sink faucet sprays your clothing when you use it. The heater was LOUD - we asked the front desk to check it for us, and they did, but still was a bit loud. No timer for the TV. The refrigerator had a whine to it as well.
You have to park across the street and half a block up, the charge was $10/day. Why not include this with your stay instead of additional charges?
While not the hotel's fault, helicopters went up & down the beach from 4am to 6am, and then the jets. F/A 18's and such. OMG All night long.
