I enjoyed the water front view and rested there very well.

Large rooms. Beautiful lakefront View. People very Cordial. Nice Restaurant/ Bar at location.

Carpet dirty in room. No room service. Had to walk a block to get clean towels and drop off soiled ones. Toilet is abnormally low - difficult for active senior to use. Location great!

location. Restaurant was great.

Parking space wasn’t good. We arrived early Saturday just to be sure we were good, knew it was way to early to check in and parking was poor then already. Wedding was later but parking was a problem the entire stay. Otherwise nice stay.

Outstanding location, spacious rooms. Perfect place to start your outdoor adventure.

Outstanding location with lake views, spacious rooms with medium size fridge and microwave as well as onsite pub/restaurant and friendly staff. Coffee maker in room, basic Continental breakfast with beautiful views. Security lights in parking lot as many have bikes/ATVs,etc. Overall good value for location and amenities. The attached pub restaurant has great breakfast. Yoga studio across from motel. ATV trail right off property.

Could update beds to be a bit more comfortable. Shower head is low however I'm short so no big deal and the water pressure was great. Would prefer non-carpeted area around the sink (which is outside of the shower/toilet).

Hotel right on the snowmobile trails is the biggest thing I liked

I had to leave early due to family emergency could not try breakfast

I would have appreciated a partial refund considering I was in my room for a total of 1 hour and had a family emergency arise. Cindy the front desk manager isn't the best person to work with.

Very good

The bathroom could be made more accommodating for older people. There are no grab bars and high rise toilets would be nice. They could also use hooks in the bathrooms to hang clothes or night clothes. The room smelled clean but it could be updated with new carpeting and the towels were frayed and could be replaced. The breakfast was very minimal, maybe adding a waffle maker and toaster would be nice.

We would stay here again. The staff was friendly and the location was great. The price was reasonable for two nights. The lake behind the hotel is beautiful ❤️

Nice quiet location . Great staff and good food!

Bed linin had obvious stains. Looked like it wasn't changed. Was a nonsmoking room that smelled musty and had cigarette burns in different places. Definitely out dated and repeat for some updates.

Great location, but riddled with issues.

The food at the attached bar and grill was fantastic

I did not need to hear the problems of some of the staff, it appeared that no one did any kind of cleaning as the carpet was dirty when we arrived and the same dirt was there when we left. the door knob assembly on the bathroom was loose and would not allow you to close the door, I tightened it up with my pocket knife. The dead bolt on the door would not close to secure the room and NO I DID NOT REPORT IT. Some of the staff where great and helpful but not all. In the common area they have a grand piano that you can play however it was covered in dust, keys were broken and inoperative, the pedals did not work and it was out of tune such a shame that a beautiful instrument was in such disrepair. When we checked in we were told that if we used the spa tub in the suite they would have to take the room down for a week as there was no-one to clean it. Simply put staying in the suite was not worth the money I put out.

I liked the Great Room where we could view the fire and look out at the lake and woods.

We were in the older part of the motel I wish we would have had newer rooms.
