We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend the Comfort Inn and Suites Grafton-Cedarburg.

Wonderful, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Staff greeted us daily with a smile. Breakfast was simple and basic with waffles, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, premade omelets, breads, juice, coffe/tea, and milk. Fine for me but not my picky family.

Breakfast could have used additional toppings for the waffles. Rather than packets of oatmeal, quick or old fashioned oatmeal would have been nice. A larger variety of pastries. These are for my picky eaters with Autism. We had laundry and would have loved an additional washer/dryer as there was only one set to use. We waited for both the washer and dryer as they were in use. We were in a time crunch and an additional set would have been nice.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable; staff was helpful.

The breakfast was very good - with lots of options. I appreciated having available eggs and a meat source, in addition to the traditional breakfast fare of cereal, muffins and waffles, etc.

Our room was on the 2nd floor at the end of hall, virtually immediately over the pool. The smell of chlorine was rather strong because of where our room was located. However, I used the pool and appreciated having both the pool and whirlpool available - especially as it was open until midnight.

Disappointing

The location was great (pretty nature scenery from room). The breakfast was decent & the dining area & lobby were.clean.

- the room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival (old food & vape cap found under bed, stain on towel, bathroom corners filled with dust) - room was constantly muggy & dank, even with temp @ 70 degrees & air conditioner on - pool was stained & dirty (stains at water level shows it is not cleaned regularly) - one particular staff member was rude & unwelcoming (lady with cropped hair & glasses - loudly rude on the phone with guests present, made a general crabby comment to while rolling a luggage rack as I walked passed saying, "I feel like I work at Walmart!" Also, when my 10-yr-old daughter was attempted to swap out some dirty towels for clean ones, the employee was very

Location great and the pool itself was good for the kids.

The location was very convenient being right off the freeway but you didn’t hear the noise from the freeway. The staff was friendly and the breakfast in the morning was good. The pool itself was on the larger size which was nice. The hot tub was ok.

Our room wasn’t very clean. We had towels that had stains on them(looked like makeup), dust bunnies in the corners of the room, bathroom had dust on the toilet, etc. The pool area needs some attention too. Hot tub didn’t feel as warm as it should have been and the jets felt weak, not a lot of pressure coming out.

Poor

At check-in, the lady was beyond rude! Was told that she hates it when people book through a 3rd party. As soon as she sees me by the desk, she screams, "What's your name on the reservation?" Not even welcome to comfort suites. How can I help. Bed was beyond uncomfortable!

I absolutely love the front desk clerk Patricia!! She is always so friendly and nice everytime I see her!!! I like that it was quiet probably cause of the weekday!! Loved the pool area!!! The hot tub and pool was really nice... the room was awesome except it wasn't cleaned properly is my only mistake!!

The room wasn't cleaned properly!!! The $20 pet fee is absurd but anything for my fur baby!! Also my dog kept finding trash under the bed and the sheets and lamp shade had red stains that looked like blood!! The sink had black residue on it!! Toilet seat needed updated kept scratching my leg everytime I sat down and also toilet seat wasn't cleaned!!!

The bed was quite comfortable. Generally, the room was clean. Upon request, we were given more towels and coffee. When we cut short our stay because of our unhappiness with the facility, we were able to get the second and third days removed from our bill.

The coffee pot had not been cleaned. The bathtub plug did not function. As I struggled to get it to work, I got black gunk on my hand. The front desk worker was argumentative and scoffed about the importance of a nonfunctional bathtub plug. She was overheard earlier raising her voice to a guest.

Nice place for the price. Would stay again.

I arrived at 9:45 for breakfast. The staff had already removed the eggs and bacon &/or sausage. The coffee was terrible. Nowhere near the quality and flavor of the coffee offered in our rooms.

convenient, quiet location

Hotel is very worn and needs refreshing. Stained carpeting in hallways and rooms, in need of fresh paint and deep cleaning. Not being maintained and cleaned properly. Housekeeping inadequate.

Cost for what we received not good.

Staff Front desk- nice

Dirty carpet, uncomfortable and very noisy beds, musty smell, WiFi password we were given didn’t work, terrible price for small room … I absolutely cannot believe I paid nearly $450 for 2 night stay in double Queen room :(

We will be staying in this Comfort Inn again when we visit our family, it was clean and truly comfor

The location is great, right near our family in Grafton. At night we took a short drive and walked around downtown Cedarburg. The pool was big in a beautiful room with a high ceiling and full of windows. We had our grandchildren swim with us and had the pool to ourselves on a Monday and Tuesday. The beds were super comfortable, my husband said he never slept better at a hotel!

Our room had a damp smell, like maybe the carpets had just been cleaned. That is the only negative we can say, everything else was great
