Good location.
Lots of parking.
Not enough towel bars in bathroom.
Nowhere to hang 2 towels.

Nice size room. Very safe. Updated/newer facilities. Central location right across from mall and off the Hwy.
Breakfast- limited options. One day, there was no meat.
4.2
service was excellent - both housekeeping and front desk.
you could have snacks and drinks machines on each floor.

It was very quiet and it was easy to sleep. The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. They have a bar in the lobby area. The air conditioner worked well.
The check in process was awful. The host was very rude. The bathroom door did not shut all the way; it was broken. They do not have the local channels on their cable. They do not leave the refrigerator on at all times so when you push the button it will cool for 2 hours and then goes off and gets completely warm. We did not try the breakfast.

This property was excellent. The beds were cozy, the blankets were perfect. The AC was cold, important in Houston. The shower was amazing. A lot of hotels have shifted to the barn door for the bathroom and they aren't super thick or sound proof or airtight and these ARE!! It was a wonderful stay!
There was a lot of dust on the intake vents in the hallways and the AC was out in the hallways so that was hot, but they were working on it during our stay. It was a great stay not much to complain about!

Ite was very clean, in spite of shortly before our arrival they were dealing with a busted water pipe. The staff was amazing and very helpful
The breakfast was in my opinion below the standards of your chain that I have visited before. The beds were to firm for me.

There was never anyone at the front desk, and then when they did come around the corner, they always had an attitude. the lock was broke on the door. The lady said there was nothing she can do about it and to just put the safety latch on so no one can get in the room even if they open the door. I saw the maintenance guy in the hall. I believe his name is Philip not quite sure and told him about what was happening and he came and fixed it right away. The air wasn’t working in the hallway.

Like the location next to everything you need
Who’s had more options in breakfast no waffle maker and only few hot options

Nothing
I booked on booking.com. I got to the hotel and the person at the desk said they couldn’t find my reservation and didn’t have any rooms and told me to get out of the line. Staff is rude there’s no parking.

lots of options. most everything was fresh and prepared well.
waffles were very sugary.

They had to switch our room because the a/c and tv weren’t working. The rooms had such a strong negative odor. The water pressure was bad and the soaps provided for showering smell horrible. ESPECIALLY the body wash, it smelled like cleaning supplies with bleach… The sign for the pool states whirlpool but there isn’t one. One of the elevators got stuck with guests in it… and the breakfast is TERRIBLE. No options at all and just plain cold. The juices are extremely watered down. You can tell management is trying really hard to cut corners to save their money and charge the guests extra.

Breakfast wasn't all that good.

The stay was nice.
The Breakfast was extremely sweet where i couldn't enjoy it , The staff did not explain at check in that there would be a holding fee on my card and when I called to ask about it the manager was extremely rude over the phone.

All the staff had wonderful customer service. The facility was extremely quiet. I like the fact they had a security guard on property at night.
My room wasn’t clean surprisingly. Thank goodness I bring my own supplies to disinfect anyway. Overall the stay was convenient and they always win me over with good customer service.

Breakfast good. Location good.

I think the breakfast could have been better. Would like you guys to try grits on your menu. We had eggs, biscuits w/ gravy. No meat only the meat that was in the gravy. No regular sugar but enjoy what we got. Maybe bacon, pan sausage w/ grits, orange juice. But we were well please with everything at this hotel couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you again. Will recommend to family an friends.

friendly staff; nice facility!
very poor workout room equipment!

Helyne at the front desk was amazing. She normalized my blood pressure with an issue she gracefully took care of.
The room had this constant noise that sounded like a radiation room.
The lighting could be brighter

Nice quiet room with couch that met our needs perfectly. Breakfast was good. Coffee wasn't too good. Needed to be stronger.

From the moment we stepped off the elevator on level two, the entire floor smelt of sewage. We decided to check out our room anyway because it was the middle of the night and we had two sleeping babies. The door to our room wouldn’t even open. My husband had to forcefully push it open. The bed was beyond hard. Pillow had a stain. The bathroom walls had marker/pen scribbles. The paneling/trim on the bathroom vanity was dangling. The view outside our room was literally an air condition unit. Breakfast was terrible! Nothing but pre packaged sugary food. Nothing hot like pancakes, waffles, sausage etc. The juices from the machine tasted like straight water. My child wanted a yogurt, it was expired. We checked out immediately after breakfast, a day early and had to find another hotel. Never again!
