Location was great! We were close to family members that were camping.
No opened very early. But we worked around it.

I loved the location, it was near a Dino museum, the arches ntl park, and downtown moab.
The cabin itself was very clean when we got in! The shower had nice pressure and warm water
The cabinets near the microwave was really convenient
The water went out for an hour or two because of a break in a pump or something like that. Not something they can entirely control though! Being remote and working off pumps and wells and septic tanks can be challenging.

Location was great, only went into Moab once
Water pressure, but I understand why it wasn’t great

Cabin was super cute, small but perfect for a few nights.
The water in our cabin never got warm, had to shower in the main bathhouse. The morning we left we had no running water, either.

The location to access the parks was great. Bathroom/shower rooms very well kept. The room in our cabin was very clean. Pool facilities were great. The grounds well kept. Laundry facilities well kept.
In the basic cabin maybe another outlet and small shelf or table between the beds. Or a corner shelf somewhere. A family of 4 we had minimal, but still nice to have the little extra storage areas.
But it was an easy enough fix as we got a plug in strip, and we actually had a small travel table with us

Friendly staff, how close to the trails we were, having a gas station on site was great. AC worked great. Cabin was very nice.
The pool wasn't in working order but the website says it was. Also there was no dishes or silverware to use.
