Great location, served as our hub for our Oregon wine country vacation!
The room was not serviced as often as we expected. They only cleaned the room once during our six night visit. We had to request extra towels for the last night.

Breakfast was fine.
Convenient location.

The toilet in my room was clogged. When I requested it be serviced, I was told to go to the front desk to pick up a plunger.
I was told the room had a view of landscape. It overlooked a roof on a different section of the hotel.

Rooms were OK and comfortable enough. They were clean. The third floor was extremely hot in the hallway. Staff was very friendly.
By far the worst breakfast of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage were inedible. with the price for paying for the rooms, the breakfast was clearly the cheapest option milk wasn’t even in individual containers, Do better or don’t even bother.

Very comfortable room, very clean. Very good TV and shower. Very good breakfast: the gentleman in charge of the breakfast takes things personally!
Very good location as I was here to visit the Evergreen Glight Muse.

staff is outstanding, thank you. Room is very clean and comfy. Love the cookies and lemon water in the lobby- sometimes its the simplest of things that brings a smile after a long day.
The pool and hot tub needs attention, broken switch and can use more water and general maintenance

We had to wait several minutes at the front desk to check in. I called out "hello" several times with no response. The desk phone started ringing and rang several times. The desk attendant had the cordless handset with him and finally came out of the back room/office. I was just about ready to call the hotel phone myself as we waited almost 10 minutes for him. One of our room key cards had not been activated and didn't work. At check out a different attendant was on duty and he too was in the back room and the desk unattended.
The trash cans in the breakfast room were both full to the point of people just stacking their trash on the lid. I don't know if she was the breakfast room attendant, but when we took our suitcases out to our car, there was a woman in a uniform standing outside smoking. After breakfast this same woman was sitting in the lobby.

Room was very clean, light and good location. It was a 3-4 minute drive to the historic downtown. Also, very close to the Evergreen Air & Space Museum, which was excellent. The room was quiet.
AC/Heat unit was a bit finicky. Sometimes when we wanted the heat, it would only come on cold. But, later would work.
Breakfast scrambled eggs were hard and tasteless.

Room was nice. Great shower. Front desk was friendly
There was not a bedside table on both sides of bed.
Very noisy families above and beside us. Couldn't sleep because of them.
Breakfast selection was horrible. No eggs or gravy for biscuits. No milk. These items were not filled. We ate breakfast at 9:30. Felt very rushed.
Housekeeping knocked on our door at 11am even though we requested late check out for 12pm. Husband was napping before we had to leave and was woken up.

Close to the interstate. Friendly staff. Large room. Quiet.
Starting to get a little road weary. Single elevator and it is very slow. Stayed on the third floor. Standard hotel breakfast fair with frozen and then heated egg products. Good news is there is a small eatery called “The Diner” on the corner of the parking lot that serves breakfast and lunch although they don’t open until about 8 o’clock in the morning. There is the ubiquitous “McDonald’s” just across the highway.

This hotel is clean, quiet and in a great location. It has the standard pool and fitness center. Fresh, warm and delicious chocolate chip cookies were in the lobby. Ample vending machines and extras like sandwiches, and burritos are at the reception canteen. Breakfast was served from 6am to 10 am and it was plentiful and delicious! Everything you could possibly think of having for breakfast was provided. Housekeeping was impeccable and staff was polite and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are exceptional. Overall, it was a 10/10 accommodation.
The carpet in the room looked like it maybe needed a steam cleaning or possibly it was just the color makes it look a bit dingy?
