Very poor

Laundry facilities were easy to use

Unclean floor. Room didnt match the photos listed. Expencive for what u get. AC smelled bad. Wouldnt stay again.

The kitchenette was what I liked the most..

The staff didn't clean the rooms and didn't do towels ... The cleanliness of the room wasn't up to par...

Lousy place... dont waste your time!

NOTHING!

I was traveling 1300 miles to this location and got stuck in a huge accident while traveling. Tried to call the location for hours to request a late check in. Called their customer service who told me they have no way of contacting the property. At last resort, sent my family to the facility to ask for the request all to find out their phone lines don't work and they couldn't check anyone in but you best believe, they charged me for a nights stay after I had to go find a new hotel. Lousy no good individuals at this location. I even sent messages through the booking.com site to try to contact them. If I went to the extent of sending my family to find out why your phones weren't working, then obviously I was having an issue getting there. Even attempted to ask for a business card so I could report to whom he spoke with, they refused to open the door to provide him one. But they didn't give a hoot. All they wanted was my money. Won't catch me being a fool with these clowns ever again.

I didn't find anything good. The hotel is suspected of fraud.

I have booked the hotel through booking.com, paid the rent in advance with my credit card, and called to confirm my room one day in advance. However, the front desk staff of the hotel said that they would not know the availability of the room until 3 PM the next day. (* I don't understand why they have to show that they have a room on booking.com if they don't have one?) I took my luggage from Hawthorn suites by Wyndham Richardson Dallas to this hotel at 3pm the next day in hot weather, but their front desk staff said that the booking.com confirmation number was not for this hotel. It was for booking.com itself, and they no longer had a room. I felt confused, and then I called booking.com to complain. I got the understanding and apology from the staff of your website. And promised to help me return the loss caused by this hotel's unreasonable trouble and dishonor. Because I had to book another hotel on the same day, I had to book another hotel at a high price. In addition, the attitude of the front desk staff of this hotel is very arrogant. I seriously suspect that this hotel is suspected of fraud.

We never stay a night!!! We canceled upon arriving room was a disgusting thing. Pubic hair in tub and toilet, tub was by nasty dirty. I check at least one of the beds quilts had some kinda of Insects kept removing the quilt and it was like Jack-in-the box here pops a USED CONDOM. It had be the nasty smell that even a public restroom smells way be better. I told the manager in which she was the one to give by me a key to go check the m room out before checking in. I came back and told her that it was a used unclean room and told her everything I saw her answer was “ that’s what we have and the room is like that cause it’s been a while since it’s been rented out. I said wow and when I came here before reserving on line you said all your rooms were check in and didn’t have no even one room left. She lied up her elbows. Poor service, poor management, and to top off up maybe owners don’t even know what they do they as employees just giving out a Bad Name to The Intown suites

Temporary stay ok pay for the area and close to job

For the price of the room and length of stay as well as being close to my job as to other local restaurant its worth it.

Room needed to be cleaned and some broken fixtures.
