Location.
The beds were not clean. The tiles in the bathroom are lifting. There was fleas in the beds. The floors are not clean and haven’t been cleaned in quite a while. There was clumps of hair on the bathroom floor.
6.0
The bed was comfy and it was right next to the beach
Too many creepy tweakers and the shower wouldn't go to a good temp. It went hot then cold then hot then cold
1.0
Convience of location. Ice machine,
roaches in room, hot water took over 10 min to get hot, poor water pressure, cleaniness of room and bathroom, window unit air conditioner could barely keep it remotely cool
3.0
It was close to everything
The ac didn’t work very well and no water pressure

Nothing
Worst room I've ever stayed in.
We decided to leave and Not spend the night in this room.
There were either vomit or blood stains on the side of one of the beds. The shower had black mold and no hot water to speak of because there wasn't enough pressure to even take a shower. Shower handles were falling out of the wall. The room smelled really bad and musty. It was hot in this room even with the AC on.
No lamp, just one very dim overhead light bulb in the ceiling. There were no available plugs at all for charging phone. An odd locked door that I assume may have once been a closet but it wouldn't open so that was weird.
The remote did Not work the TV. Old scratch and hazy Plexiglass windows obstructed any view you may have to look at. This building is old, and it's inexpensive to stay at, I understand that, but there is no reason for it to be this disgusting and uncomfortable to stay at. Even cheaper rooms should be mold free and clean for public health reasons. This motel is just here for the owner to make a few bucks off unsuspecting guests...it needs to be condemned and or remodeled from the ground up. (Gonna leave a few pictures)
If you read this and still decide to stay there, be warned it's very bad.
Horrible room, do yourself a huge favor... stay somewhere else.

It was right across from the beach. We were able to walk to the sand in less than a minute. Walked to Pleasure Pier and several restaurants.
Bedspread was stained. Bathroom wasn't cleaned behind the door.

the shower head
1, Don't chew out the man at the front desk. He is a nice guy. He's not the power behind this facade of a hotel.
2. Don't stay here. Spring for a bit nicer place.
3. Not good for kids.
4. The room. The advertised king is actually a queen. It's not a mattress per se but more of a bed roll as found in a caravan or travel trailer. No box spring. Stay clear of the bed frame. You will get cut.
The bedding was clean.
5. There is a table and chair. Bring your own lamp.
6. There are only two over head bulbs in the room. At best.
7. There is a microwave and fridge in the room.
8. The bathroom. The towels are an 80 grit.
The bath tub should have been retired in the 70s. Slippery when wet. Nice height shower head.
9. The commode. It's inches away from the corner of the sink. You will knock your head standing up.
10. Wear socks you can throw away. The floor is filthy.
11. Wall unit AC. It works it's self hard but if can get past th noise it get down to 75°.
12. Parking lot is small.
13. You can walk to the beach.
14. Great bar n grill across the street. Quiets down late.
The hotel has potential but is far from there.

We liked that it was across the street from the beach.
The room was disgusting. There was pee all over the toliet seat. The bath tub drain was full of rust and a black substance. The floors were covered in sand as if the they were never swept and clean between customers and the bathroom sink was full of pube like hairs. When we went to speak to the person at the desk, she was very rude. She acted like it would be so much work to have someone come to the room and clean it. Really she acted like answering any of our concerns would serious hurt her. I know at one point she just rolled her eyes at me.
