Breakfast was excellent. The omelettes were very good.
The lobby as we entered had a strong odor of deodorizer that gave us a headache. Then my wife took a shower, , but one of the towels smelled like a wet dog when it became damp as she was drying off. Both mornings when we awakened our room had an overpowering smell, reeking of wet dog and urine. We don’t object to people traveling with their pets unless it has a definite negative effect on our expectation for a clean hotel room. Dr. Monte

Clean and staff friendly
Our room did not get any housekeeping while we were there.
Beds are not comfortable, and the 3 small pillows provided were terrible. Bring your own if you are staying here!!!

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful!

I love the fully stocked rooms, excellent breakfast selections.
My husband hurt his back trying to maneuver the very heavy room doors with the rolling luggage cart. Providing door stops for each room could help so that the door does not need to be held while pushing in the cart.

Staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Breakfast went unfilled toward the last hour of service. And we traveled with our service dog who is still in training but very well behaved and was charged a pet fee wrongly because the staff thought she wasn't a trained service dog. That is not for them to decide and is the same as them refusing service to a service animal. Last time we stayed, we were not charged and had no issue, this time we had an issue.

The room was very spacious and clean. The pool was warm and open from 6am-11pm.

I loved that there was a sofa bed in our room and extra blankets. I also appreciated the mini kitchen in our room as we brought our own food. It was easy to prepare dinner for my family with the fridge and microwave. The dishwasher was a great bonus! The bathroom had plenty of towels and wash rags. There was lots of great options for breakfast. My kids loved breakfast and they are very picky eaters! I also appreciated the coffee bar, especially the decaf coffee since I cannot have caffeinated! Check out was so easy!!!
It was kinda a bummer that the pool was out of service. The pillows were uncomfortable for me and my husband’s liking.

The room was clean and much larger then expected. The shower was the best we've had in any hotel. Bed comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Great breakfast. Within 5 minutes from our grandson.
I can't think of anything negative to say about our stay.

Spacious suite room with kitchen and kitchen wares.
$75 dollar pet fee. The pet fee was not noted on booking.com so I assumed the pet fee was going to be the usual $25 dollars or so.
