Great value for with pleasant accomodating staff

I loved how clean it was. The breakfast included non sweetened Greek yoghurt. What a treat from the usual American sugary stuff. The rooms were comfortable and had a bath tub too.

Great hotel but needs work on breakfast service

Rooms comfortable; even though I would have liked a view of Mt Rainier like we did on our first visit (when they first opened up), we at least had a view of the mall. Love that it's close to the airport and next door to the mall, close to Costco. I like they don't have valet parking anymore but at times, parking looked scarce. Liked they started complimentary breakfast; food was ok.

I have been to many hotels that serve complimentary breakfast, Hotel Interurban needs to visit those hotels. The staff would best serve the customers to refill the drinks and clean the tables if they were not passing out plates. It would be even better all around if the drinks were self serve and one person was at the hostess stand to hand out the plates. We had to wait to get drink refills, even to the point, we had to go to them staff to ask for refill. They also need to reconfigure the seating area and use part of the lobby for more seating.

Definitely great location and worth the stay.

The location was great, room was large and modern. Bathroom was top of the line, even had a weight scale. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was so good! I was only going to get coffee but when I saw the food I had to try. Excellent!

Only two things I didn’t like. The furnace was a bit loud and came on randomly, but was fine once you get used to it. Parking was awful! Luckily I got a parking spot up front but had to drive around. The side lot was full so only other place I saw was way in back, dark covered lot. Only door is front so glad I didn’t have to walk that at night. Other than that I would definitely give it a 5 star. Would stay here again. Suggestion would be to have a shuttle to take to mall, since its so close but not really within walking distance.

Very good! would recommend and stay again

I overall really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. The rooms were big enough for 3-4 people, the shower was great and they offered full size body wash that smelled really good, instead of those tiny little soap packets that hotels usually give.

I wish there was a bit more variety with the breakfast options. Also, one of the front desk agents was a bit unpleasant for no reason, but everyone else was very nice.

Good stay!

Great selection of breakfast, the location is close to mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Lobby looks great and modern.

The beds were too soft to our liking. One of the lamp lights suddenly died, no locks on bathroom doors, and didn't like that we have to pay for parking.

Wonderfully Beautiful with an Air of Summer Breeze

1. Stayed together with friends 2. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Always smiling. Free coffee refills. 3. Good breakfast servings.

1. No free transport van from airport to hotel and vise versa. This would really be a plus. I was told, it was removed from the list of amenities. Maybe, it would be nice if once hotel management is informed of a group coming in separately, that a special van or whatever be arranged. This would really help. Besides, this amenity is still in your website. It has not been removed yet. Other than that, me & my wife had a wonderful stay in room 1108. The room and it’s ambience gave us comfortable stay. Who knows, one day, we may book our stay with Inter Urban Hotel. The Place where the Staff always smile. Keep it up. More power. Good luck to all you guests. Wonderful hotel and well kempt.

All foods ordered were delicious and we looked forward to our meals there. The rooms were laid out well and visually pleasing. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.

I had to circle the parking lot on a weekend around 5 times before they were able to find a parking spot for me. If you are renting a car, finding a spot when you get back to the hotel after midnight can be a challenge.

Nice place to stay while exploring Paris!

Nice place to stay during our Paris visit. The rooms are well equipped and the beds are comfortable.

The restaurant downstairs isn't very good. We didn't get opt for the breakfast but we did eat dinner here once. None of us enjoyed our meal. It seemed like frozen food heated up.

Beautiful building. Walls are thin, could here foreigners speaking between 1:00 am until 4:00 am, loud TV, their child was loud too! we got hardly no sleep! No. waters in the room, had to pay extra $15 for parking! Never will stay here again
