The front staff was great! She was helpful, kind, and professional.
On Saturday night there was a party outside our room in the parking lot until about 2am with loud music.

Front guest staff seemed like they didn't like their jobs. The guy was very helpful but when asking for silverware for the room and extra pillows or. Towels the one girl who was working the day shift just seemed angry and didn't want to be there. Very bad customer service skills like anything she asked for was an inconvenience for her to assist us with like silverware and plates
The staff except for the male and that there was no pool. There was blood on the floor beside the bed and a bunch of public hair around the base of the toilet. Let the staff know and it wasn't cleaned. Room wasn't cleaner during out whole stay

I liked the size of the room. Had a couch, desk, big fridge, electric stove and pots and pans and cutlery upon request.
Breakfast was just the muffins and coffee. I thought it would've been something bigger/more. They didn't have rolling carts for the luggage and belongings. I also didn't like that the phone in the room didn't work to call and get a toaster, and the phone outside didn't work, which is used to check in during the after-hours. So I had to wait almost 10mins to get help to check in.

It was always clean and smelled good, the vending machines were always working and filled, the laundry area was nice and machines worked great. The staff was always nice and helpful.

The breakfast that is supposedly included is very bad. When we went to the entrance, there was no one at the front desk. My room is on the 3rd floor and the elevators don't work, so you have to carry my bags up the service stairs. ..we had a bad experience and we would never come back

The staff were great , very helpful and the kitchen was good.
The bed was comfortable .
The elevator was not working and outside areas needed to be cleaned due to dog poo.
Booking.com wouldn't let me cancel day#6 of my reservation and on their customer support site failed to respond to resolve the situation.

I was checked out by the front desk staff at 10:35 a.m.( check out at this location is 11 a.m.) while using my laptop to have a Zoom meeting. I was disconnected from my meeting. I had reserved the room for 2 more nights the previous evening, spoke to office staff that evening and atleast an hr before I was disconnected from the internet. I was told prior that I had until 1 p.m., because I was working all day in the room.
Bad day did follow.
Staff was ALWAYS kind and appropriate.
I was on the second floor......the elevator was out of order. Young lady at desk did offer to help carry items, however. I have Lupus, fibromyalgia, arthritis and Raynaud's syndrome in my hands and feet. 6 days and still no elevator or anybody worked on it.

That there was a kitchen sense they don't provide breakfast... Come to find out they don't provide pans either... Unless you want to BUY THEM
To start with the staff was very rude and inconsistent as well as the attitudes of the fellow guests who were just as displeased apparently as I was. The elevator being out was an exceptional inconvenience given that I was on the top floor and had to carry all of my bags up for flights of steps. It was also incredibly irritating that there was no coffee coffee maker or pots and pans provided in the kitchen that was the entire purpose of renting this property. The lack of breakfast and then being told you had to purchase pots and pans if you wanted to have them to cook with was incredibly irritating nor was it discussed on the website overall the experience of garbage.

Everything. The room was not even conducive for rest and relaxation. We literally walked in and walked out of the room as we assessed the room. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. We will rate this a negative 5. We asked to just refund us some of what we’ve paid because it was not totally worth it. You should not include this as a selection for hotels to stay. That bad.

The GM Charlotte provided the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Between not allowing myself to explain a legitimate complaint about our “non” smoking room being completely saturated with cigarette smoke with burn marks in our bathroom counter, to tossing keys and payment card back at myself and other patrons and there is NEVER anyone at the desk to assist guest. They give you a number to contact if nobody is at the desk so that you can speak to somebody it’s usually Charlotte answering the phone and when she does she’s extremely rude, stating she is either at the bank or on another floor and CAN’T help. The elevator quit working several times when we were there, as well as when we were given a second room due to the cigarette smoke Charlotte let herself in our first room when my teenage daughter was there without knocking or identifying herself and stated my daughter needed to start stripping the bed packing our stuff and to call her parents and to tell them to be out by 11 if they wanted a new room. I called corporate our first night there and if it wasn’t for a ridiculous and unscrupulous no refund policy we would have checked out immediately. I will never stay here again nor would I ever recommend this facility to anyone. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had traveling or staying in any kind of extended stay or hotel.

some staff is just rude . I booked and got there at 3 am I showed my confirmation number and still couldn’t find my reservation. waited a whole hour after driving 18 and half hours . Have to pay for clean towels everyday , pay $14 for wifi . just ridiculous!

They upcharge for everything. Need extra towels? Up charge. How about clean sheets? Upcharge. Oh and they lost my initial reservation and I had to pay extra.
