Location is great, close to everything. Staff were very helpful and cheerful Room was clean and tidy Continental breakfast was great plenty of choices.

No car parking No where to eat breakfast except your room or the front porch which is always taken. Little bit expensive but so is everything in Key West.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, location was central and convenient. Guesthouse was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast, patio, beds, room, staff, coffee, location. A lot little outdoor areas to read or relax. All around good experience. Would recommend and will return.

Parking was a little far away but walkable.

Lovey staff and great location

Creaking bed and room right next to the front door and outside seating so every slam of the door and conversation outside is heard. The slamming door issue could easily be fixed by the use of soft-close hinges. Massive anti social behaviour issue in the small hours by large group of under 21s (beware, the property say they do not allow stag/hen parties but they absolutely do). Room floor was very dirty so slippers or socks had to be worn or feet were filthy. Breakfast was ok but limited (no toast for example)

A convenient place to sleep but at a rather stiff premium

The location was our primary consideration for selecting L'Habitation. Within easy walking distance from the most lively part of town, it proved a great convenience. The room was well sized, adequately furnished, clean, with crisp linen and clean towels.

We reached L'Habitation more or less on time, around 430 pm, and expected someone on site (till around 6 pm as indicated). Was a bit of a treasure hunt trying to locate our room- out by the front door and all the way round behind ! Could have also used some guidance on car parking; ended up paying an exorbitant charges at the closest lot. There were no lights on the outside passage, had to grope our way back to our room after supper. In the absence of a breakfast room it is served in the rather narrow hallway. It was a jostle at the sideboard even with a limited number of guests, and there really was no option but to carry your plate out and all the way around back to the bedroom.

Great location, great staff and great breakfast. Duval Loop stop very close and convenient to the house. Easy walk to restaurants and bars.

Loud at times, inconsiderate guests. Not the fault of the facility.

I liked everything about my stay - the convenient location to all attractions, complimentary breakfast, very comfortable room/bed/shower, friendly staff, a small garden area with tables and chairs to enjoy our breakfast outdoors before the day started, and plenty of parking nearby.

Very nice staff and good communication. We came early to Key West, they sent us a message on booking as soon as our room was ready. There was a cute breakfast with nice options, we especially enjoyed the pastries and coffee from local vendors. The thing we were very surprised by, was the happy hour in the afternoon, when there was some vodka and cranberry out for us to enjoy. Well done!

if they put you in room 12/11 (at the front of the house) anyone walking by or sitting on the porch can see into your room even though the blinds are shut.

Breakfast was OK. Mostly prepackaged items. Nothing cooked on property.

The rooms were small and modest, the bathroom was dated with noisy fan, bathtub had corroded rusting in the piping area, the window blinds in bedroom were broken, no closet in the room armoire only
