Check-in /out went smoothly - very friendly staff - cute house with all that is needed - one step out and you are IN the pool : super cool. Whole house very clean. AC worked perfectly - great location off Duval street - free parking.

Beds were not comfy - mattress saggy!!! Key West is expensive … and so is the house - 430 per night

Always a fun stay. Be back next year.

Location cannot be beat. Pool was excellent. Quiet considering 1 block out. Easy walk to everything. Ive been going to Key West for almost 50 years. Have seen a lot of changes. My birthday destination every year. I would consider this one of my top 5 places. Dont deep seas fish any more but ill tell you get a private charter and have a great day... My best catch was a 115 pound sailfish... Fort Zackery is our go to beach. Higgs does have the restaurant but with sea weed in can be not pleasant.

Nice location. Room had fleas that bit us during our stay. Too early of a check out.

Water available; storage of luggage before check in was available.

10 am check out is far too early. There should be an offering for those who are elderly and need to wait until 5 to take the ferry. It is tough to find places to hang until 5pm departure. Especially in the heat. Miscommunication on whether room was available or not.

No one can’t beat the location !!! It’s a old building but very nicely remodeled and very clean . The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but okay for 2 nights . If you are on the first floor definitely will heard your neighbors stomping but it’s normal. Cute little warm pool , perfect place for family with kids. You don’t need to move your car you can walk to everything !

Location is the best

It was our second time staying at the Rose Lane Villas. The location is amazing, we could easily walk to all the main attractions, plus, great restaurants around. We needed new sheets due to kid's accident and they promptly changed it for us. Everyone that we interacted with there was very nice and polite. The villa also had all the essentials we needed for the stay, including dish soap and paper towel. Highly recommend it.

One thing that I think can be improved is the wi-fi. We couldn't use it at all for the kids tablet, or even for quick social media check. If someone plans to do some work there, they have to make sure to have a good mobile internet.

I loved everything about this little villa!! Perfect size for our group of 4. It was very clean and very well decorated. The backyard with the pool was perfect and beautiful. We never had to use our car during our stay because the villa is in the middle of everything. The second we walk out and hit the street you have restaurants, bars, the beach was 10 minutes away. Absolutely loved it.

It was a bit expensive but overall I think it was worth it.

Great location right near Duval St Pool was nice. Good size of the 2 beds villa.

Some of the furniture is damaged and chiped and plain tired. Window AC units are almost on the same level as the bed and they are very close to it too. AC unit was very loud had to turn it off and hope it will be good temp at night otherwise would be impossible to sleep.

Great location. Just off of Duval street in the heart of entertainment district.

Property is a bit dated with basic needs. I realize it was a high demand week but $1,000 a night for a 2 BR villa is a lot. Should be maintained a bit better.

Private paradise close to Duval provided perfect balance of our two vacation goals: rest and recreation!

Loved the roomy Villa , We enjoyed the kitchen . Spacious with porch over looking Rose Lane and Deck over looking pool side . Roomy for our two female Labradors . We loved our stay and will be back again Just foot steps away from Duval Street Shopping and a few blocks from Kermit Key Lime Pie . Walking distance to anything to do and see .

There was not anything we did not like . All was great !

cozy little place in a perfect location.

location is amazing. key west heat in July is no joke and it’s nice to be able to go back to the villa and rest up in between activities.

wifi is practically non-existent. we were on cell signal/hot spot the entire time. the place could use a bit of updating but it’s comfortable enough for a few days.

perfect location, great front office staff, rooms need attention/cleaning.

the property was very close to everything. all within walking distance! the pool was nice and shaded and quiet!

the room needs some major cleaning. all 4 of us got sick staying there from the first night. I don’t know if it’s mold or mildew. other down side is you could hear the other guests at 4 am like they were in the same room as us!

Low key, friendly, extremely well located with small pool area & very handy for shops/bars

Easy check in and very friendly receptionist with clear instructions for entry to pool/villa area with Rose Villas being within 50M of busy Duval Street (little to no nighttime noise due to being down a side street and screened from main street)

Couple of cockroaches spotted but par for the course I understand in this area
