The cockroach we saw by the bed was dead. The others near the kitchen were still alive. It was a shithole.

The rooms are nasty

Do not I repeat do not stay here! The room is cheap and that’s because they are nasty. They aren’t clean and the room I had smelled! It so bad the staff member let me look at the room before staying and basically let me and another guess know it was bad. The only reason we stayed is because it was 9 at night and everything within an hour of that location was booked because of the basketball tournament. I only like the staff member she was very nice

Do not stay here the rooms are nasty, I am pretty sure as far as cleaning goes they just make up the beds. On top of the dirtiness the room smells and I found a few bugs. If you can spend the xtra cash and staff some place else. I have never felt so gross leaving a room

We made a reservation for the family, we used the buquin.com application, in the name of our son who would arrive at the hotel first, we verified that smoking is not allowed in the hotel, nowhere did it establish a minimum age to make reservations, for that reason For this reason we made the reservation for three adults in the name of my son over 19 years old, when my son arrives at the hotel facilities, he finds the from desk is closed, so he proceeds to call and they do not answer, a ghost hotel without any service nor security, so we proceeded to make calls to buquin.com, many calls until an angry lady appears, screaming, tells my son that he is not of the minimum age to reserve a room in this place, he disappears as he arrived, I proceed to make many calls to buquin.com, asking for help from 11:00 p.m. to 2:53 a.m. A man appeared and quickly registered my son and assigned room 111, at the entrance of that corridor that leads to the room. ation only smelled of marijuana, we proceeded to rest, but we couldn't do it because someone spent the night trying to get into the room, the infernal smell of marijuana made our rest miserable, when we used the sink it's clogged, the toilet too damaged, a nightmare for 100.00, an assault.

My stay was expensive and didn't happen.

I arrived at the check in desk at 11:50 pm for check in, but when I arrived the check in desk was closed, even though it was listed on booking.com and on the hotels website that checkin was available until 12 am. The hotel did not pick up any calls that night or the following day, and it is listed that charges for the rental will still be applied to my bank account.

I liked that it was a place close to sleep near my destination.

Where should I start; the overwhelming smell of marijuana when I walked in, the cigarette burns on the tub, the cockroaches on the bathroom wall or the missing clerk at checkout. The bed was adequate, barely. This is a no frills, take your life in your hand's establishment and there are 2 hotels next door that I'm sure are superior. You'll pay more but I'd recommend that option before I'd stay here.

This was very unprofessional of the manager who knew something was wrong with the rooms.

I travel from Va only to be informed after I arrived that something was wrong with the room. The manager knew and didn't have the common courtesy to reach out through email and let me know. I got there at 5pm. I will never ever recommend that anyone stay at this hotel. I was told it was a couple rooms messed up.

Ease of checking in and out.

Bad enough that it was a pull out bed. There were no pillows and we couldnt get a hold of the front desk during normal hours.

Nasty place, do not stay here. We checked early.

The only thing I liked was the outside was nice, very deceiving.

This hotel is disgusting! My family and I did not feel safe here. It could be rented by the week or nightly. Many people walking the hallways smoking pot, roaches in the bathroom, extremely outdated. Pictures of this property are very deceiving! Do not stay here!
