Loved the “Noda” area we stayed in. Super fun and great restaurants within walking distance. The house was nice and perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood, spacious living area, roomy kitchen with ample accessories for cooking breakfast. The beds were a little small as only 1 king bed in master. Would stay there again on return trip! This home is spacious, comfortable, quiet and located in one of the best neighborhoods in Charlotte. But several aspects of the property made our stay lackluster and a little weird including: a malfunctioning stove, very cheap synthetic sheets, some dirty walls, only a few towels, and minimal kitchen supplies. I also found it strange that we had to make and strip the beds upon arrival and departure.
While it met our basic needs my impression was that it would be better suited to folks who are staying for a longer period of time with a larger group than ours. It was clean but not in great condition and overall it didn't feel like a good value.

This was a great place to stay for a group of six. The home is within walking distance to the NoDa area and a quick drive into downtown Charlotte.

First, the negatives. I emailed the owner several days before my visit asking if the house had a few kitchen items that I was looking for and I didn't get a reply. Second, fitted sheets were put out that didn't fit the beds. A queen was put out for a king and a twin was put out for a queen. The queen situation was resolved but the king wasn't, even with trying extra sheets that were available. We ended up using two flat sheets on the king but it wasn't ideal. They were comfy though, as was the king bed. Bring garbage bags if you are having a big meal. The positives: great location within walking distance of several pubs and restaurants. Close drive to food shopping. Nice back porch and plenty of room and toys for kiddos. Night lights everywhere. Plenty of dish soap, shampoo and soap so you shouldn't have to buy any. Keurig pods are provided and some spices have been left behind by guests. We would stay here again.

Needed a nice home base for a visit to Charlotte to play several rounds of disc golf at some amazing local courses. All four of us had an individual bedroom to sleep in and we enjoyed a large open living room area. Great neighborhood with excellent local restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend anyone staying at this property.

My family celebrated Christmas in Charlotte with lots of activities planned. We had 3 families from various areas and this home was perfect! Lots of room to spread out, large ,well stocked kitchen, great porches and easy access to the Blue Line and NODA. Highly recommend !

We have stayed in this house before and would return again for a third time! The layout is excellent and there is plenty of space for a larger group. We had family staying here and some family lives locally so they were able to visit during the day. The parking Is a little nerve wracking because no street parking is allowed and this is strictly enforced. I am a retired elementary school teacher so I am a rule follower to the max. Unfortunately, we had 4 couples and three of the four had to bring 2 cars due to scheduling issues. That meant extra cars. The driveway works well and we had a couple of cars on the grass at times so it worked out. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There were a couple of minor issues the first time we stayed last year and those had all been addressed since then. Overall it was a great experience and a great start to our holiday!

The property was in excellent shape and exactly as described. The neighborhood was nice and in a great location. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would easily stay here again. Thanks!

The house was fine, but it does not have a screened porch.
The king bed was on the floor so it was low. No beds were made, pillows were stained and lumpy. Dishes in cabinets were visibly dirty. Pile of towels left in laundry room, couldn't tell if they were clean or dirty so we washed them.
Emailed our contact twice and never received a response. All and all, the house itself was nice but customer service and things listed above need work. A clean made bed, and decent pillows is a must. The possibility of people bringing their own linens is an excuse not to do a job. Im on vacation, not there to work or do someone elses job. Very disappointed this time. I usually depend on VRBO to do a better job

We stayed at the Card Street house in Charlotte and loved every minute of it; from the fun rooms with a TV in every one, (made it nice for the kids), to the extreme shower in the primary suite! Our every need was met and taken care of! We loved the accommodations; the location was perfect; people walking by with their dogs made it friendly and homey, and the large, clean, wonderfully appointed interior was beautiful! The extra large/wide porch chair was fun for the whole family! I would highly recommend this house for any family for their Charlotte stay!

This stay was for our daughters wedding, so the location and accommodations were important to us. Everything was amazing! We had everything we needed and then some. It was comfortable, convenient, very attractive, efficient, and had so many things far we needed! Thank you for making our week even easier. We very much enjoyed our stay!!

This property was great. It had lots of space. So much so we did not use the entire property. There is an open floorplan for a great gathering place. The bedrooms provided lots of space also. The NoDa neighborhood was provided a great vibe for our stay. I would stay here again.

This was great house for me and my friends stay in Charlotte. The house has a lot of space. The kitchen and living room were spacious. Lot of utensils for cooking. The bedrooms were good also. The neighborhood the house is located in is vibrant, North Davidson (NoDa). I'd use this house again.

Not A Second Time
The pros: excellent communication and follow through with the property’s contact.
The cons: too many to name, but…upon arrival the lawn was long, weedy and uncared for until the second day (not very welcoming); towels are very old, do not match and many are worthy at best of washing a car; bed linens (beds, by the way, were not made. The linens were left folded on the beds for us to make) were old, worn and one even had a rip in it; the house is very cluttered, with objects being piled behind doors; TV reception is often spotty; not one of the five tv’s had much-needed instructions; the

Great Charlotte Home
Loved the location, size of the home, the only down fall I had was not being able to use the garage. Other than that the house is wonderful.

Great house with an amazing back deck
An extremely well-appointed house. We really loved the back deck area and the shower in the primary bedroom made everyone envious that we couldn't have it at home. Great neighborhood, super close to NoDa. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We Loved this house!
We were in Charlotte to attend our grandson's first birthday party. We had lots of family in town for the event and the birthday boy didn't have enough room for us to stay. This house is beautiful and very spacious. The location was perfect--walking distance to my son's house. The furnishings were different than pictured in the ad for the house and I would suggest updating that because the newer set up appears to be much nicer. There are actually 5 bedrooms (counting the downstair office) with beds and no need to sleep on a futon. My SIL was delighted to have a bed without having to do stairs! This is a great feature for those with handicaps. There were more beds than expected and thus we did not need to use the pull out sofa. Also, the futon was replaced by a bed. We could have had a few more guests had we known. We did not want to offer a futon to older adults. The sofa in the living area was very comfy and seated lots of people. The TV was a bit difficult to navigate but we did figure it out. We were nervous that we would miss the Super Bowl on Sunday, but got it just fine. The kitchen was fantastic. It was very spacious and updated. Things were a bit hard to find, but we know from owning rental property that organization is difficult to maintain with so many people using a space. We had concerns about the stove. The gas burners would all continue to spark as if trying to ignite if you used any burner. Not sure why all burners did this when only using one but it was unnerving. We tried not putting burner on high and that helped but really slowed down cooking. We did not need it, but if you had the house full to capacity, there is not enough table seating inside. The small kitchen table does allow plenty of room for folks to mingle though, so it's a trade off. We had a great weekend at the house and all of our guests agreed that it was a very nice place. The owner added to our experience by putting a happy birthday sign in the front yard for my grandson as well as a balloon and candle taped to the door while we were out! That was SO thoughtful! My grandson LOVED the balloon! He was fascinated by it so much we couldn't get him to look at the camera for photos! It added some great fun for all! A small gesture with a big impact! We were very happy with our stay and would use this house again in a heartbeat.

We had a great time away from the kids with our close friends and family, just to enjoy some adult fun for once and it was a beautiful comfortable place for us to stay in.

Family wedding
House was great. Plenty of bedrooms and room for our family to mingle. We enjoyed the back porch for coffee and drinks. Negative: no coffee pot (I had to go buy one), beds- sheets on the side, towels- couldn’t find at first but eventually found in closet in laundry room, items in dresser drawers and bath drawers. I have only rented a few vrbo condos but fresh sheets have always been on the beds, nice towels in all the baths and drawers were empty and available for us. Management did return calls. But I think they could have made more of an effort to get a coffee pot to us.

Avoiding Evolve in the future
A loud talk radio was left on in a locked inaccessible garage for our entire 3-day stay that made it sound like someone else was in the house, odd experience. Property management did nothing to address it despite our asking. Besides that, no soap in bathrooms, place was fairly clean but overall disheveled.

Great house!
Perfect location - so close to all the restaurants and shops of Noda. Perfect house for our little family and friend in town with two toddlers. They even had a toy basket and little table and chairs that our girls sat at for lunch and dinner. Great living room and kitchen. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn’t use the porch because it was winter but it would be great in the warmer months. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Perfect Stay
The house was big and spacious, comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect house for a small group to stay with easy access to the town of Noda. All the eateries and breweries were so much fun and reachable by foot. Highly recommend for a low key weekend getaway.

Great home away from home
Great location. We were able to walk to breakfast and then in the evenings to several restaurants, breweries and bars and a short uber ride into downtown. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. Manager and owner were very helpful in accommodating any needs we had. Already planning our next trip in the fall. Would definitly recommend.

Worked for what we needed
Was a nice house, clean, well set up in the kitchen. The linens were not on the bed which I wasn't expecting because it didn't say that in the listing so it took me 1.5 hours to figure out the sheets and put them all on the beds. Other than that the house was good for our needs.

Beautiful and Roomy
House was exactly as pictured. Lovely layout and plenty of room for my family of 6. Only negative I have is that it was a bit challenging figuring out the TV situation and trying to hook up a DVD player to a television. Other than that was wonderful. Will definitely look at again when we are back in Charlotte.

Great house, in a great location.
Nice large home in a great location to enjoy all that Charlotte has to offer.

It was perfect for our family of 11 that came to attend a wedding.
The house was beautiful and more than enough room for 11 people. Our only complaints were the furniture in the living room was broken when we got there. Since one part of the double recliner would not work the seating was not adequate for the number of people we had in the house. The kitchen table was very wobbly which made us nervous to use it. The dinning room was beautiful and the master bedroom with the huge master bath was spectacular.
