Tolles Stadthotel nahe am Bahnhof und See

Zentrale Lage, sauberes Zimmer und bequemes Bett.

Erholsam, nach einem anstrengenden Tag von Geschäftsterminen. Ich freue mich wieder zu kommen.

1. Zimmer: Super Design. Sehr schön, es tat auch gut, dass das Zimmer klimatisiert bei meiner Ankunft war.

Ich habe nicht verstanden, wie man das Licht im Flur des Zimmers ausschalten, ohne den ganzen Raum vom Strom zu nehmen

The interior and facilities are modern and clean.

The room space is tight and neighboring street is shady and noisy.

Very nice hotel for business or pleasure with plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

The location is very central although not in the best area of Geneva but that makes it good place to be. There is more character. Close to train station and lake. The hotel is very nicely done and the rooms well appointed. The pool and jacuzzi are what makes this hotel and sets it apart from the others in the area.

The doors to the rooms close very loudly. The self closures are too strong and each time someone enters or leaves a room the doors slam shut.

Small but comfortable rooms. Great staff

Nice little hotel. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Good breakfast which started early enough for me to enjoy before work.

The rooms are tiny (though well appointed) with the shower in the room itself. Fine as I was traveling alone but might’ve been a bit uncomfortable otherwise. The hotel is well located but the street it’s on felt a bit sketchy at times as a lone woman.

Agreable sejour dans un quartier tres vivant.

La chambre etait originale avec un grand jacuzzi . Accueil parfait et bon petit dejeuner et quartier vivant avec des restaurants abordables. Non loin du lac Leman .

Plutôt bien mais aurait pu être très bien

L’emplacement, le personnel, la piscine et la deco

Chambre (Booking ?) très très petite, extérieur bruyant même depuis le 4ème (samedi soir, peut être une exception), isolation phonique entre chambres communiquantes perfectible. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu de pantoufles et peignoirs de l’hôtel pour la belle piscine + SPA comme d’autres personnes séjournant dans le même hôtel en avaient visiblement dans leurs chambres.

The hotel offered an early check in at 1 which helped a lot! Location is great.

L'accueil du personnel est très professionnel. J'avais demandé une bouteille de champagne pour l'anniversaire de ma conjointe. La discrétion lors de l'accueil était parfait. Nous avons oublié le petit déjeuner. Mais malgré cela la personne du service du petit déjeuner, nous a laissé prendre le petit déjeuner alors que nous étions hors des heures. Très bon service

Would not book again.

The pool was nice.

Booked a suite, the room stunk it was an awful gas leaking smell. The location is very bad, in the red light district which we didn’t realise. Breakfast was not worth it at all, very small selection.

Good hotel but in dodgy area.

Central locations and close to transport links. Breakfast staff member very friendly and helpful. Spa and pool facilities were lovely. Very comfy bed.

Hotel is in the red light district which meant drug dealers/gangs as well as prostitutes on the street. Air conditioning didn’t work and we did report it to reception. Smell from shower drain unpleasant but went away when water running.

Nice, contemporary designed Room

I received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The room was very well and thoughtful designed. The warm materials, wood and copper, create a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The location is close to the lake and the main station.

Séjour agréable

La propreté et le complexe piscine, sauna, et jacuzzi.

Pas de mini bar dans la chambre ou avoir au minimum une bouteille d’eau. Un drap de bain pour deux… un peu juste ! Réceptionniste de jour hautaine ! Situation de l’hôtel : quartier pas très fréquentable à la tombée de la nuit.

Bien situé avec de chouettes équipements

L'espace spa n'était pas trop bondé et j'ai été surclassée.

J'en ai vraiment marre de l'empreinte bancaire qui se fait deux fois et qui ne relâche pas toujours l'argent.

Warm and friendly atmosphere in the hotel, would definitely stay again.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff.

Only niggle was there wasn’t a lot of storage, no drawers, just an open wardrobe area, so wasn’t able to unpack our clothes.

Great value for money in the centre with a spa.

Nice hotel with a small spa, gym and pool. Small room but had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive, gave me a much needed converter as well. Location is good as it is close to the main train station and the lake.

The room was a bit small. In the evening, the area was a bit dodgy.

Great stay in Geneva

Very beautiful hotel, very confortable and well decorated. Good Breakfast, very nice staff and central location. Super confortable beds, slept like an angel! Very nice pool lounge, with sauna, jaccuzi and gym room. Having a travel card for each guest during the stay was a big plus.

These are not big issues, but rather improvement suggestions: the bathroom shower had see through glass walls which can be a bit akward if you share the room with a friend or a work colleague. The street of the hotel is very sketchy, I would not recommend to walk around after 10pm, despite that the location is very central and we didn't felt in danger during daylight. The jacuzzi and pool are great but I would suggest to have more chaise longues available, there was a lot of guests there, some people didn't have a place to sit or lay down.

Friendly and comfortable hotel near the train station

Great location, very close to the train. Very helpful staff and many thoughtful touches. Pool was great.

It is in the red light district even though it’s being revitalised. It’s generally nicer to come in the north side entrance. The shower was oddly placed and not private. I felt I had to shut the room curtains to shower

Very nice modern hotel that looks and feels glam with staff that are friendly and kind.

I loved the interior of the room, the quality finishes and fixtures were really stunning. The buffet breakfast has variety. I would stay here again when I come back to Geneva!

The area itself is a little bit dodgy, would also appreciate a freshly made coffee from a barrister included in the buffet instead of having to pay extra for it!!!
