Moderately pleasant

It is convenient because it is located near the walking street. Metro is not far away too.

Toilet is too small and doesn't have much leg room.

value for money

Near attractions area, Taksim Square , Galata Tower, Istiqla street few steps from hotel

Location

Room smell toilet and club noisy we didnt sleep all night.We walked another hotel for breakfast.There was a girl she didnt help us find a taxi even she didnt understand us she speak another languages

Avoid at all costs!

Only good thing about this place is location.

Room has a dirty toilet smell, or more like a sewer. Walls are paper-like and you can hear people from other rooms breathing. Cleaning ladies come at 9 AM and if you ask them to come later, they simply don’t show later on. Our 2nd morning we were waiting 25 minutes at the reception to see where our breakfast was, as it is in another hotel. When the reception guy came, he barely said hello, not to mention apology for being away so long. Staff hardly says “hello”. Club is next to hotel so you can fall asleep only if you are dead tired or very drunk, sober - no way. Breakfast is rubbish. Towels had holes, and slippers were dirty. You can see wear and tear everywhere, from furniture to walls.

only the location and the staffs were great other than that the hotel is so small there is a club next door so we can’t sleep except when you put ear-puffs even that i couldn’t sleep but the staffs were very welcoming and they did their job perfectly well the owner of the hotel should put more efforts and money in improving the hotel and maybe put some better technology in the hotel

Fairly pleasant, could have been better but not terrible.

Once we settled in to the correct room, we were fairly comfortable throughout our stay.

My stay was for 6 nights, initially the room they gave me was not what I booked (not like the pictures and much smaller than what I was expecting) the staff then moved me into the suite I paid for the next day. Location is noisy, club right outside that plays loud music till 4am. But it is in the heart of Istiklal Street so a bit of a catch 22. Breakfast was included but over at Maroon Palace which was a approx 5 minute walk away. This was not made clear at the time of our booking. A few hiccups but worth the value of money, staff are friendly enough and housekeeping was consistent.

Good

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. All is good for the money you pay. I booked it for the second time during 3 months. Will book again if I go to Istanbul.

Size of elevator. We were in a double room and there was only one set of towel. However we got another one after we asked the staff.

OPEN THE WINDOWS!

Wonderful staff. So friendly and helpful. Good location.

Why don’t the windows open?? We cannot breathe on the upper floors? Please fix this. It’s not fair to the guests. We are paying money for the room. It’s our choice to open windows, not yours.

breakfast but we had to go to another hotel they told is not when we arrived

too much noise and music the whole night discotheek nearby. small room and you cannot move or turn in the bathroom. 1 towel for 2 persons bad isolation. you haar people talking in other rooms. Some employees are not friendly and cannot help you with information Manu things have to be repared in the room ….

The property is not as the picture, not clean, there is no carpet in the floor. I booked it for 4 nights and I stayed one night only. they didn’t refund me as the stuff there wasn’t agreed.

Very nice and pleasent

Very good breakfast Location very nice situated.

A door to the shower in the bathroom so that water does not come out in the whole bathroom More attention to the details of the room, i.e. the light bulbs did not all work, the TV was broken and not replaced A soundproofing of the rooms would work so that the noises from the other rooms are no longer heard

i loved that it was in a good street .and that the bed was comfortable, there was an AC and hot water for shower whenever you want. they changed the sheets and brought new towels every day. good breakfast!

cute hotel though

few steps away to istiklal street. good breakfast

the A/C of the 1st room provided to us was not working. receptionist keep on telling us to wait 10-15mins before it will work so we did but hours have past and still the A/C is not yet working so eventually we requested to transfer a room. we sucessfully transferred at 11:30pm. the rooms also is very small no place to open the luggages

The door did not have key card. they gave me actual key to open the door which I struggle with every single time. the location for the breakfast was in another hotel.

Very central

I liked the central location, the style, and the breakfast even if it is in another location (3 min walk).

Being very central in the nightlife area, the noise of the clubs until late.
