magnificent

Quite close to the city but also offers us a land of peace. And right down the hill there's a 7-11 convenient shop. The host Frank is a super nice person, you could borrow motorcycles over there and they offer American French Thai breakfast to the room. Also the room is super clean. The staff all are nice！

A nice stay overall

The hotel manager was very professional and accommodated us very nicely. He was able to guide us through a lot of problems we could have faced during transportation.

Breakfast was not available on the 1st day. Toilet shower was too fast.

Die Zimmer waren für den Preis in Ordnung. Das Essen im Restaurant war preiswert und gut.

Die Matratzen waren sehr hart. Da das Hotel ca. 100 m hoch am Berg und direkt an einer Straße liegt, war es dementsprechend laut. Einkaufen gehen war machbar, aber zum Strand war es dann doch zu weit. Wir sind nach vier Nächten in ein anderes Hotel, dort war es deutlich besser (und billiger). Weitere 8 Nächte wollten wir hier keinesfalls bleiben.

Хороший бассейн, хороший кондиционер. Большой, чистый номер. В целом прибывание очень понравилось за исключением наклона горы на которой находится отель.

Отель находится на горе, крутой склон, поэтому пешком передвигаться проблематично. Только такси или свой транспорт. Не работал сейф.

Amazing wew from balcony. The possibility of renting of motobike. Taxi servis directly at the hotel. Nice special taxi car. Quite place next to forest.

I saw Lazard in the room, as many Lizards noted in the hotel as will insects far from beach and Restaurants resection staff not friendly no orientation regarding room service as I noted room is not cleaned and than I noted a board must be hang if I want room cleaning

Decaying due to neglect.

The layout of the room was fine. When I protested about the smell of mould in my apartment they very readily reassigned me to one that did not smell.

The first room I was given stank of mould. There was an air of neglect about the whole hotel. The outdoor patio and pool area and furniture were heavily stained with mould. The windows and floor areas of the apartment were clean, but the bathroom and balcony had only superficial cleanliness and had areas of mould in both the apartments. The location is OK if you have transport. Otherwise you have to walk more than 100 metres up a very steep ( 1 in 3) hill. Taxi and tuk-tuk drivers collude to charge BTH300 from the centre, although it is only 1.5 miles. They say “ Oh, up the hill”. The reviews on Booking.com are misleading.

Great stay for affordable price

We managed to book Deluxe Double Bed with kitchen included for an amazing price. Staff was really nice and helpful, pool was working well and clean. This place is a bargain if you don’t mind staying a bit further from the beach. If you have a vehicle/motorbike then there’s also a place to park.

One day we noticed dirty water coming out from the bathroom sink, but that fixed rather quickly and wasnt a huge deal.
