Fantastic location, great room and breakfast and very helpful staff.
The only slight problem was with our key that wouldn’t open the door on several occasions. However, the staff were very quick to come and help us. Otherwise, we had no complaints and the property was wonderful to stay at.

Everything was wonderful. The location is excellent. The owner is friendly and ready to help with any question. The room itself is equipped with everything necessary for a good rest, a comfortable bed and excellent pillows, good soundproofing of the windows. Excellent option for a couple of nights.

Nice room, 10 min walk to centre and very quiet at night. Prompt responses on WhatsApp, helped with early checkin and parking.

The room was nicely decorated and clean. It was warm, while it was chilli outside. Our host, Michela was very welcoming and accommodating, she recommended us places to visit and where to eat.The parking was next to the house. Michela has arranged for us a permit for parking inside the old town.
all was great

Very nice place, several steps from Piazza del Campo in the heart of historical centre. The hosts were very helpful. The breakfast was prepared to meet our dietary needs. The room was cosy and clean, with comfortable bed. Definitely recommended!

TOP location! 100m to Il Campo, but still some parking possibilities, arranged by Michela.
TOP breakfast! Freshly baked and sweet. :-)
TOP hospitality! Michela provided excellent (and needed!) GPS hints to reach the accommodation by car. Her restaurant recommendations turned out to be perfect.

The location, the breakfast, check in flexibility,
A conditioner was noisy so we didn't use it at night, but there was no too much need in it actually

Location is nice, though the lights in the street where the building is located were off in the evening, but they turned on when we walked by. It was quite scary coming back after dark.
Michela responded quickly on WhatsApp. Satisfying breakfast in the morning.
The AC was very loud and right next to the bed (at bed's height, so it blows right at you), so we couldn't sleep with it on, opening the window was also uncomfortable because of the noise from the street in the morning. The room is stylish, but felt a bit cold and dark.

The host is a very kind woman, helpful and so caring. She made us feel like being at home.
The place is perfect, clean and comfortable. it is in the center of historic Siena, close to services and all landmarks.
Parking is available which is great on that restricted area.
Breakfast is wonderful with home baked croissants and other things.

We were 3 in a double room with a converted sofa. It was tight. Although, we didn't spend much time in the room, so that was okay. We loved Le Camere de Livia. The breakfast was absolutely the best. The owner also helped us to get to the train station on our last day because the city had been shut off due to Palio (the horse race). She phoned the cab company and worked with us through Whatsapp to meet up with the taxi. We couldn't have done it without her or we would have been walking for 30 minutes with 40-pound backpacks on! We loved Siena and our accommodations!!!

Michele and Michela are remarkable hosts. The location is amazing. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have everything the traveler needs. Walking distance to everything you want to see and experience in Siena. They even met me a few blocks from the property and escorted me there (maps have questionable accuracy) and that was helpful. I loved my stay.
