We had so much fun, everything was clean and organizied. The garden is even bigger than on the pictures and everything is in best condition. I would absolutely recommend it for familys and large friend groups. And most importantly: the hosts are super nice! Thank you so much for these amazing days :)

Die Villa Vallegaia hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt, sowohl für gross als auch für klein. Wir haben 5 Tage mit 6 befreundeten Familien verbracht mit Kindern von 0,5-11. Alle waren begeistert! Die Kinder können sich im Garten frei bewegen ohne Gefahr da das Land sowie der Pool schön umzäunt sind, der Spielplatz und der Tennis- und Fussballplatz wurden ständig benutzt, letzteres auch von den Erwachsenen. Der Pool ist auch super ausgestattet. Leider konnten wir ihn nicht oft nutzen, da es mit dem Wind etwas zu kalt war, da kann aber niemand etwas dafür. Wir werden die Villa sicherlich gerne auch mal im Sommer buchen, sodass wir den toll ausgestatteten Aussenbereich voll geniessen können. Das Kino war ebenfalls Gold wert! Abends haben erst die Kinder gegessen, dann sind sie sofort ins Kino und wir Erwachsenen konnten in Ruhe abendessen. Dann die Kinder ab ins Bett und wir Party im Barbereich; genial! Der Barbereich war toll, schade nur dass vieles etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und daher zum Teil nicht mehr funktioniert hat, wie z.b. die Flipperkästen. Hat uns aber nicht gross gestört. Die Küche dürfte für so eine grosse Gruppe etwas grösser sein, zumindest wäre es gut einen schnelleren Geschirrspüler zu haben (wie in Restaurantküchen) oder evtl. einen zweiten..., Kühlschrank könnte auch grösser sein. Die Matratzen waren zum Teil auch etwas unbequem, wahrscheinlich schon etwas älter. Aber alles in allem hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit in der Tenuta Vallegaia und die Gastgeber waren sehr lieb und haben immer schnell reagiert, wenn was war. Vielen Dank an Tiziana und ihren Mann!

Wir waren mit 24 Personen eine Woche lang da und waren begeistert von der Location. Vll etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gerade Bar und Billardraum im UG, aber dennoch gut ausgestattet, Pool sauber und einladend und das Freigelände mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Fussball/Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht war echt top und wurde rege genutzt. Traum war der Steinofen, mit dem wir unsere eigene Pizza machen konnten. Vermieter unkompliziert und hilfsbereit wo es nur ging. Vielen Dank an Tiziana und ihren Mann. Wir kommen gerne wieder😊�

We thoroughly enjoyed Tenuta Vallegaia. With a family of 8 adults and 7 (grand)children we could not have asked for better facilities. Spacious, room to manoevre, great private pool and playing fields. Where can you find a better private movie theater? The only less than perfect aspect, was that the air conditioning system could not be used, due to Corona measures. Katia and Tiziana were very helpful, even though we did not require much support. Everything was so well arranged. We hope to return.

We had a great holiday. The pool area is excellent. We hve never had a property with such a big pool, and the kids loved it. Tiziana and her family made us feel very much at home, and they helped us out with any questions we had. Thanks for a great holiday! :)

Beautiful villa, fantastic pool and outdoor facilities. Hosted by Tiziana who could not have been more friendly and helpful. Caretaker on site kept grounds lovely and always spoke to us. Pool furniture is abundant, there's a covered shaded area with fridge to keep drinks cold. The pool is wonderful, children's area with a little slide into the water, Roman steps at the shallow end for easy entry/exit for older party members! Easily enough loungers and umbrellas for everyone. The tennis court/football field is very well kept, we used it early morning/late evening as it was too hot to play during the day. Small children's play area in the grounds. Pool table is oversized and has very tight pockets! Lots of interesting memorabilia downstairs where the pool and poker tables are situated, the room has Aircon and two fridges which was great. Not all bedrooms have Aircon, some just have fans and it's hot! Towels are provided for personal and pool use. A linen change between weeks is an additional cost of 140 euro. WiFi good is some parts of the house . Kitchen lacks only a pair of scissors, everything else you need is there. Water is heavily mineralised so bath with spa jets is not great but showers work well. Close to lots of restaurants - too many to mention, ate at different ones every night of our two week stay, advise booking as most are very busy. Be careful if TripAdvisor state they cater for vegetarians as not all do - check when you ring to book, most places have staff who speak some English and are really friendly and helpful, we had really funny conversations with some staff who didn't speak English but tried to mime to explain menu's 😂. Service can be slow - just go with it! Within less than a twenty minute drive there are lots of hillside towns/villages to stop and enjoy the coffee and pastries they serve and for those interested in architecture some beautiful old buildings. Pisa and Florence are easily reached, Rome quite a bit further so go early and make a day of it. There is a beautiful white sandy beach just a short drive from the villa but no shade and gets very hot so take your own brollies or pay over the odds from one of the guys who sell them from stalls near the car parks. Local aquapark is worth a visit. Only negative was small snakes that found their way into the house. Would we return -absolutely! Tiziana is fantastic and made our stay memorable, her limited English and my Iimited Italian made conversation great fun!!

The house and the grounds are beautiful and spacious. We were a family of 10 adults and 9 children and there was enough to do on the property for everyone. From tennis, ping pong and pool to swimming, barbecuing and having meals on the terrace we had a great experience. Tiziana and Jacopo were extremely responsive to them few little problems we encountered and resolved those quickly. We would likely stay here again. The property is quite remote .

Es hat uns mega gefallen, es war alles da, was man brauchte. Eine Kleinigkeit fehlte, gute Messerchen zum rüsten. Aber ansonsten alles bicobello. Wir waren 10 Personen mit 6 Kindern und für die Kindern war auch alles da. Nur zum empfehlen.

Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für erholsame Ferien und bietet Familien mit Kindern oder Gruppen alles was das Urlaubsherz begehrt. Wir waren 4 Familie mit insgesamt 16 Personen und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Alles war top eingrichtet, sauber und das Haus und die direkt Umgebung einfach traumhaft. Die Vermieter, deren Empfang und die Betreuung, wenn man sie benötigte, war ausserordentlich herzlich, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur bestens empfehlen.

As a family of 15, 7 adults and 8 children, we enjoyed a very nice and relaxing vacation for two weeks. First it must be said that the whole outdoor area is fantastic, absolutely top notch, and it is hard to think of finding better. The pool is big with a large area around it for sunbeds, the football/tennis court is in good shape and there are very nice areas for relaxing both outside of the house and in a gazebo next to the pool area. In the seating area outside the house there are sofas and tables to accommodate all who are staying there for dinner. The house is very nice, accommodating us all easily. Compared to how big the house is the kitchen is small but that never really bothered us and then there is a cooking area outside with a grill, making it easy to fix the food without being isolated from the group. In the house there is also good room for entertainment. The hosts were also very nice and helpful, reacting fast to all questions both before we arrived and during the stay. So, if we had such a nice stay and the house and area is so great, why just 2 stars overall? First the small things. For example, the coffee machine and the kitchen knives were basically unusable so we ended up purchasing our own. The movie room had no streaming option, only a DVD player and some old DVDs and the Wi-Fi had bad or no reception in 5 bedrooms. These however i dont think are so big and since it is not possible to give half stars I probably would have given 5 stars if not for our experience after the stay. Second and more serious, when booking we are required to put a security deposit for eventual damages, something completely normal. After the stay however we only got a fraction of it back as the owner claims we broke the main gate out of the compound, this based on an estimate from the repair firm. This gate was always a problem during the stay and stopped working completely in week two. It may well be that someone broke it but I am 100% sure it was not us and no matter how adamant we have been trying to explain we did not brake the gate, they have chosen to keep the money. This makes so that at least we would not be able to trust them again. So if you are considering this estate I can absolutely recommend it. Just make sure that you document everything before and after your stay so that they can not claim some dubious damage after you leave.

Wir haben mit 23 Freunden das Ferienhaus besucht und es hat wirklich alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Ein riesiger Pool mit großer Terrasse und einem tollen Außenbereich wurden zusätzlich noch von einem Fußballplatz mit Flutlichtanlage getoppt! Für uns war es die perfekte Tour in ein perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Wir konnten alle Extras des Hauses genießen und haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Tiziana ist eine super nette Gastgeberin die einem alle Freiräume lässt und da ist wenn man Fragen hat. Wir würden sofort noch einmal dort hin fahren und können dazu noch jedem Weiteren empfehlen dieses Haus zu buchen. Es war eine Mannschaftsfahrt der Extra-Klasse. Danke Tiziana :-)

Il posto perfetto per un gruppo di amici, anche e soprattutto con bambini. In questa meravigliosa villa c'è tutto quello che si possa desiderare per giocare e divertirsi: - campo in sintetico regolamentare da calcetto a 5 giocatori (polivalente tennis) recintato e illuminato per giocare anche di sera; - piscina enorme: metà dove si tocca, metà profonda per i tuffi, rettangolo per i bambini; - grande parco; - Barbecue e forno della pizza; - Calcio balilla, ping pong, tavolo da biliardo; - Strepitosa sala cinema con proiettore a cui è possibile collegare anche i videogiochi (Playstation, Nintendo Switch...). La villa è grande, spaziosa, pulita, curata, arredata con attenzione e gusto. Tante stanze con letti comodi, 4 bagni confortevoli (a partire dalle docce), cucina ampia, lavatrice e lavastoviglie, tavolo gigante da 25 persone per una mega cena in compagnia, una veranda super per godersi il fresco e chiacchierare... I proprietari, Tiziana e Jacopo, sono discreti e gentilissimi, sempre a disposizione, simpatici e sorridenti. Un posto MERAVIGLIOSO! Un consiglio? Non pensateci due volte, prenotate e godetevi questo paradiso!

From start to finish our whole trip was made absolutely perfect and easy all because of Tiziana, the host. We were a group of 18 girls away for the weekend and Tiziana was able to plan our whole trip for us before we even got there. Her friendly husband Jacamo collected us from Pisa and brought us to Vallegaia, where TIziana had already done the shopping for us so the fridge was stocked! The villa itself is beautiful, spacious and is the perfect space for large groups. If the weather had been better we would have used the pool but instead we sat outside whenever the weather allowed. Tiziana also arranged catering for two nights, wonderful food, pizzas one evening and a three course meal the next evening. We had wonderful local wine she had sourced for us which we soon finished. We spent an afternoon visiting Bolgheri and having a wine tasting that Tiziana arranged at very good value for money, including transfers. It is a charming hilltop town with wonderful views. Another we did a very long walk to Vada a very small sleepy village but a lovely coffee shop. Vallegaia is an incredible property set in scenic beautiful grounds, surrounded by Olive Groves. It was the easiest trip and it was because of Tiziana, she was so easy to contact and responsive at all times for any issue, made the whole holiday a breeze! Grazie Tiziana and Jacamo! Definitely will visit Tuscany again.

Wir waren diesen Sommer mit 25 Freunden bei Marco zu Gast. Er ist ein super Gastgeber, in jeder Lage hilfsbereit aber keineswegs aufdringlich. Vielen Dank für alles! Das Haus ist schöner als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Die Anlage ist riesig und gerade der sehr großzügige Bereich um den Pool lässt einen völlig entspannen. Die Sportanlage ist ebenfalls sauber und in einem guten Zustand. Der Innenbereich des Hauses bietet alles Notwendig, da wir die meiste Zeit aber auf der Terrasse verbracht haben waren wir sehr froh, dass diese überdacht und auch Mittags schattig ist. Sie bietet Platz für mindestens 25 Personen. Die Grillstelle und der Pizzasteinofen sind direkt daneben gelegen. Wir hatten beides in Verwendung. Rundum eine sehr schöne Villa mit einem tollen Gastgeber! Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

We had a really nice week in the holiday home. The location is calm and it is a very big property with olive trees, the swimming pool and the tennis court. The house offered enough space for us - 12 persons. Especially the "party room" in the basement was really cool. Everything clean, very nice and helpful landlords. Not far to supermarkets and the sea. We enjoyed the stay!

Wir haben mit unseren Freunden wunderbare Ferien in diesem traumhaften Haus verbracht. Das weitläufige Gelände bietet alles was man für erholsame Ferien benötigt. Kinderspielplatz, Tennisplatz, Fußballbplatz, Swimmingpool, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind schön eingerichtet, lediglich einen Stern Abzug gebe ich, da in den unteren Zimmern (Taverne) die Fenster teilweise nur Lüftungsschächte waren. Da wir aber bei herrlichen Temperaturen die meiste Zeit draußen verbrachten, hat uns dies kaum gestört.

We have just returned from a lovely holiday in Tenuta Vallegaia,19 people from 3-74. There is plenty to keep everyone entertained. Pictures does not do this villa justice, we particularly liked the covered terrace at the pool with a fridge, great to sit of the sun whilst still being part of the action at the pool. Marco and his team catered for us on our first and last day with lovely food and wine for a very reasonable price. The villa is well laid out with plenty kitchen utentils, plates and cutlery. The bedrooms in the basement are nice and cool, we would have liked aircon in the 2 small bedrooms upstairs but we managed with the fan. The white beach is amazing and only 10 minute drive away, and Livorno market 1/2 hour away is well worth a visit for fresh fish, fruit, veg and lovely homemade pasta.The "kids" reckon its the best holiday they have ever had....think that says it all!

My family spent two weeks in this house. We loved every minute of it. The staff on sight was very helpful with the few issues we encountered. The wrap around porch was everyone's favorite place. We spent hours there. Of course the next favorite was the terrific pool. We had a group of 13 and it was never even close to crowded. Lots of room inside and out. It was in a great spot to visit the nearby beach and small towns. We caught trains in nearby Rosignano Solvay to adventure off to Firenze, Cinque Terre, and other spots around Tuscany. We all left delighted with a lot of memories to recall for years.
