Nice yard. The organized taxi to the airport.
The booked room was nothing like the description on booking.com. Instead of a Superior Suite with 35qm incl. patio it was a standard private room with rather 15qm incl. the bathroom.
The bed was uncomfortable and cracked with every movement. The bathroom was tiny, it was smelling bad and there was mold.
There was very loud music playing until late in the night, Oropax fixed it, but still good to know.
The breakfast was rather unorganized with a long waiting time and not even tasty.
Careful with the payments: 5% on card payments and airport like conversion rate from US Dollar to Soles (Price is charged in USD and calculated back to Soles).

Nice location and save area.
The room was a bit dark and cold. An extra blanket would have been nice.

Really cool place, pool table, ping pong table. Really friendly staff, they have a laundry service for a little extra. They provided us with a packed breakfast one morning because we were leaving very early to do Rainbow mountain tour.

I think we are just too old, if you are up for more young activities it's perfect
Too noisy for us

The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from the main square. As a single traveller I felt safe going out alone even when dark. The hostel is really nice, there are lots of places to chill out. The room was clean and the staff very helpful, they also let me keep my luggage there on my last day and use the kitchen before heading out before heading out.
If you are in a top bed, there won't be any power outlet nearby. And in order to go to the toilet if you room is not near you will have to "go out", as it is a patio,, so it is quite cold during the night.

Its really central - close to San Pedro market and plaza de armas. loads of restaurants and shops within walking distance. we arrived earlier than check in time and they stored our bags for us. they also offer laundry service and have a travel desk for tours etc. really nice breakfast included in our stay too.
our room was really close to the shared kitchen and it was very noisy. we could hear everything which wasn’t ideal. also the showers were only ever luke warm which wasn’t great when the nights were pretty cold.

The staff are helpful and can speak good English. I really liked the restaurant they have on-site and the packed breakfast they provide is really good! The location is great as you're close to the plaza de arms with lots of places to eat and shops where you can buy snacks and water. To enter you are greeted by their onsite security guard so you feel that the place is secure.
There is no ATM or currency exchange on-site despite what they list as part of their facilities. For me this was really inconvenient. My room was also "upgraded" to their Superior suite, but as I had purposely booked the Junior suite as it supposedly had heating, I wasn't happy with the room they changed me to as there was no heating. The shower never got hot, only lukewarm at best which isn't pleasant when you already feel cold.

Location is prime time, everything is within walking distance. The 6 shared bedroom was not available and so they moved me into a 4 shared bedroom for the same price-much appreciated.
Not enough keys for each person. I had to go to the front desk every single time I needed to get into my room.

Good location!
Someone in the staff opened the door to our room with a key in the middle of the night, not very pleasant. We did not get an explenation.

Big and spacious. Very social. They have a dj and parties sometimes and a restaurant. Big rooms and comfortable beds plus a game room and a movie room!
When we were there there was a lot of noise due to construction so the mornings were very loud and hard to sleep. Kitchen was under equipped.

WiFi not great, no windows in room

We stayed at the presidential suit. The room is great only the information on bookings.com is not correct at all. The room is spacious around 40m2 included a nice balcony and a separate kitchen. You have to walk up 3 stairs to get to the room, if you have suitcases keep that in mind. Towels are included, you can ask for them and they offer laundry service as well.
In the overview from bookings.com it mentioned that you have 3 lookout points which is not through, there is no airconditioning or heater in the room and it can get cold at night. The patio and terrace is the same, it’s a very nice add on to the room and from 11 am when the sun gets out. If you would like to sleep in late be informed that there is lots of day light in the room as most of the windows are not covered with a curtain.

Very clean, comfortable and cost effective. The staffs are very kind. Located just a few blocks from the main plaza, it has a nice court that I enjoy very much.
No bed light stand
