Fantastic!

Fantastic value for money. Super clean. Warm. Facilities were fab. Very attentive host via message. Location was good. Parking available.

Would have been nice to have shower gel and some spare blankets. The duvet was a little thin. Other than that everything was great.

Location was very peaceful. The apartment was well equipped, the main bed very comfortable and the bedroom spacious. Would recommend for couples only wanting a peaceful location near Nottingham.

It was advertised as suitable for 3 with a sofa bed, but the added bed was just a folding z bed which was not suitable for our 17 year old. Found the booking process very demanding. Some issues with servicing on arrival but that was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

Fab home from home

We booked 2 apartments which were both amazing. 1 had a beautiful, enormous island which was ideal for us to gather for food as a family. The other had a breakfast bar with chairs which was great. The apartments are private so we were able to leave our doors open and use both apartments as a free flow for the family. They were a great size and spotless. Beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. Parking was available too and the neighbours were all lovely and told us where to park so they didn't block us in etc. The host sent all info prior to arrival and was available if we needed them. I actually think one of the rooms is bigger than it appears on the photos. I was surprised at just how big they were!

Lovely charming apartment, perfect stay for the weekend working at Download Festival!

Loved how light and airy and spacious it was! Very clean and comfy bed and peaceful area. Host was on hand to assist with the lockbox when we needed a little help getting in!

All was perfect for our stay! It might be nice to maybe put an extension lead in the bedroom so guests can do their hair in front of the mirror as there isn’t a power point there - but a very minor suggestion!

Quiet comfortable apartment.

Designated parking. Very quiet. Roomy bathroom and bedroom. Just a few minutes drive to several pubs and diners.

A bit difficult to locate the narrow drive back to the apartments the first time.

good location for what we were looking for.

unfortunately a radiator in the living room had been damaged before our arrival and was very very hot to touch and the temperature control on the radiator was laying on the floor ☹️ room was very hot, but the rest was a nice temperature.

Comfortable and well equipped, easy access to university.

Location fine for us though difficult to find in the dark. Clean and modern facilities

It said that there was someone at premises but not, so had to disturb neighbours to get number to get access code. Very helpful when made contact. Setting is an old Georgian house so thought it would be same inside, but all good anyway.

Disappointing

Accommodation was clean and very well equipped and presented. Spacious and warm.

We arrived late from London. No key in the key safe. The tel number went to message. The alternative tel number was answered but the respondent was in Spain.. My daughter, in the dark had to go through the car park to find a spare key in a garage. Eventually we gained entry. I paid for 3 adults. The third adult had a put u up bed without any bedding. A scabby duvet and old pillows were all that was available. Luckily we had blankets in the car. We were advised that there was dedicated parking for the accommodation but this was not available. We parked on the road. The bedroom was cold. A welcome pack would have been a bonus. Would not recommend.

Very spacious and the location was good.

A bit difficult to find. Google did not locate it with the address in the description. The bees coming in through the bathroom window while showering was a bit unsettling.
