Not perfect but I would book it again

A nice room that was warm, although I didn't use it there was a spa and gym that looked good. the tramway station was about 15 minutes walk and took me in to the city centre.

There was a noisy machine that was on from 6:25am (it woke me up when it started up, which is why I know what time it started) and continued throughout the day in to the late night, because of this I could not have the window open (too noisy) so no fresh air coming in. there was no aircon either unless you class the fan in the room.

Enjoyable and relaxing.

Ambiance of the Restaurant, food, bar, the fact that we could get a good coffee in the morning and the pool

Lack of ventilation/air conditioning in the room at the top of the building on a very hot day, which meant we had to have the window open and since we were at the front of the building, the noise from the busy main road.

3 minors but an overall pass 😄

The Leisure facilities were excellent Breakfast was very good

The tables outside were dirty, Dining room windows were dirty Apart from.these 3 minor things it was perfect I would definitely come again. More sockets by the bed too please. Thanks

Always enjoy staying at Beeches, as location perfect for Trent Bridge. However sometimes pricey.

Room was slightly difficult to get to, carrying luggage etc.. Room 38 - up and down stairs. Food good and lots of choice , with reasonable prices. Comfortable bar and lounge area

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Good location for city break. Good parking. Friendly staff.

Aside from the shower, we had a reasonable stay.

The pool is very good. Our room was comfortable and we liked the bar.

The shower is a disaster for elderly people. There is nothing to hold onto and the floor is slippery. I requested a bath mat for the second day of our stay but this wasn’t provided. A couple of grab bars would help. There is nowhere to place shampoo etc. A small shelf would be a good thing.

Great value place to stay that would put lots of more expensive hotels to shame. Good food and a nice lounge area to eat

A pleasant getaway in a lovely city

Location was good and everything was fine

I did find the bed rather too high for me. I had to manoeuvre round the room to get to the chair in order to get dressed. The bed is comfy enough once you manage to get up there !

Noisy room above the kitchen. Got woken up at 06.30 by the kitchen on a Sunday morning!! Poorly sound proofed!

Top hotel

Top hotel. Clean, modern, great food, well stocked gym and pool. Great staff.

Everything. It was a really lovely hotel. The pool and gym were great. Staff were all friendly. Bus stop outside the hotel that takes you to the tram and/or to the city centre.

Understand it is a budget hotel but really poor

Clean and convenient

Room was very hot even with two noisy supplied fans, window sealed shut, so with noise and heat impossible to sleep. Complained and told numerous guests had said the same thing but management still hadn’t done anything to rectify. No USB charging in room (who doesn’t have these now ?) and TV faulty (stuck on mute)
