Sadece idare eder..

Kilitli kutuda sorunsuz anahtar teslimi.. Cadde üzerinde mükemmel konumda. Daire binanın 5.katında. Temizlik fena değil. Tek veya 2 arkadaş ekonomik olduğu için 1 gecelik tercih edebilir. Otoparkı yok. Biz arka sokakta şans eseri aracımızı park edecek yer bulabildik.

Çatı katı ve asansör yok. Balkon yok. Pencereler küçük. WC banyo bir yerde ve aşırı küçük. Duş kabini yok. Çocuklu aileler için uygun değil..

Cama amplia y cómoda. El aire acondicionado enfría rápidamente el apartamento. Tuvieron el detalle de dejar dos botellas de agua y el aire acondicionado estaba funcionando cuando llegamos, así que el apartamento estaba fresquito

Inodoro en un cubículo de 0.5 MT. cuadrados.....La ducha encima del lavabo...Mejorando el baño, el apartamento sería mucho mejor

Location, close to city centre. Comfortable. There were many shops, food stores close at hand.

Toilet was very small and used as a storage area for cleaning equipment (mops brooms etc) The bedside electric socket was out of the wall. Kitchen equipment was basic. No toaster etc.

Good location. The appartment has everything for comfortable staying and suitable for a company: there are big bad and 2 sofas

Overall comfortable stay

Location was good near center, shops, restaurants, and markets. Bed and couch were comfortable. Washing machine came in handy.

Apartment could have been cleaner but we were able to use the cleaning supplies. Kitchen was sufficient but as we cooked daily could have been stocked with more items.

The apartment is located in the city center and within walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see. Collecting the keys is easy. The room is big enough. There are a few supermarkets very close to the apartment.

the apartment is located in a perfect walking distance to the city center, it was clean a perfect stay for couple of days!

we were 3 people but the apartment had just enough bed sheets for 2 (the blanket and pillow cover were missing)

How possible that it has such a high rating?

I liked that there was a hair dryer and a big bed for a couple. Internet and a smart TV.

Starting feom the beginning. Nothing was ready nor prepared for our arrival. There were no keys from the flat left in the keybox at the entrance. We waited for an hour for somebody to come and give us the keys. If this will happen to you, don't believe the owner when he will say 20 minutes. We got super cold with my girlfriend as it was cold outside, we wasted our evening, couldn't have supper or see the city. When we entered the flat (don't call it apartment) nothing was ready. It was left there for ages, nibidy prepared it for us, nobidy turned the heating on in advance, even though I informed about the exact time of arrival, that was especially annoying as we got frozen outside while waiting for an hour for the key. So it was super cold, there was also no hot water as the boiler was off. We had to wait another hour for the waiter in the boiler to heat up to take a shower, which was super annoying as we got frozen outside while waiting for an hour for the key and then for another hour in the cold flat. After all we couldn't take the shower nor even wash our socks in the sink as there was a problem with the water pressure. Water was barely leaking from the tap or showerhead. This hasn't changed untill the end of our stay. Owner said that it is a problem in the city and not his/her fault. Disaster. Never come here. Flat was never cleaned for our arrival, dust everywhere, some rubbish left under the furniture. Windows were extremely dirty. Flat is on the top floor so you could have a good view but simply not through this dirty windows. Broken blinds on a windows, I had to tie them up with some straps to keep it open. We also had a broken heater in our room. I was woken up in the middle of the night by sound of sparks coming out of it. I notified owner, apparently some electrician came the other day and said that it was okay. Good luck in the future. And guys just get the idea how does the person care about guests or the property at all.

Great location, kept clean. Good value for money. Host is respectable and nice. I requested earlier check in and it was made available to me.

it’s on the 5th floor with no elevator so be ready to climb stairs. It’s in a loft so it is noisy in there - from outside and when someone is passing by to go to the roof. It can be quite creepy when you first go. The boiler is placed right next to the shower head, so if you are a bit taller it’s very uncomfortable to shower.

The flat size and location are just perfect. The flat is not noisy. The heating works well.

WIFI connection is not stable. It's not able to hold video-calls. If you travel for work and your laptop has many security certificates you will need to purchase a SIM with data. The wi-fi modem is very old. There is no DINING TABLE in the flat. Instead of the dining table, you will find a sofa and a big wardrobe in the kitchen.

easy to get from the airport just take direct 409 bus. clean but cold in November. All facilities are available: wash machine, fridge, tv, stove.

got some misunderstanding with the stuff, the info about the Appartement came too late like 1 h before check in and I was without internet by this time. had beeb waiting for 45 min in front the Appartement to check in.

The place is very central located. The view was beautiful.

I consider that the requirements to obtain the keys were complicated and surprising. The communication could be better. Otherwise, everything was ok.

Go elwhere if you want to be well treated

I liked the location, the apartment and the city.

At 09:08 Friday 20th May I reported a hot water boiler problem. In the afternoon I was informed it was a building issue. On the evening I reported the issue again. On the Saturday at 10:30, the owner came down to inspect problem and I was told, in the afternoon, there was an electrical issue with the boiler. That afternoon I arrived back to find 2 boilers in the hallway and some workmen on site. When they left after an hour I discovered I had no electricity in the apartment. After trying to contact the owners, unsuccessfully I had to raise a complaint with booking.com. This worked as power was restored later that night. The next day my new boiler was fitted. This is the condensed version The owners just did not care and to leave me with no hot water, no electricity and no update, when I am paying for this is disgusting. I will not be staying with this company again.
