We had a lovely holiday here, excellent beach location and very clean apartment with a fabulous balcony overlooking the

Stay away from these apartments

These were the worst apartments I ever booked so bad we left we booked 1 bedroom apartment which was really small stat off with kitchen fridge door would not close so you could not put anything in it furniture was dirty and rusty.the soft/soft bed was dirty and lumpy wouldn't put my worst enemy on it plus no bedding provided for it 2 plastic chairs for out door furniture no table steep narrow stairs to get to bedroom with 2 hard single beds bathroom no towel provided so bring your own. Take my advice stay away from these apartments

The location is superb 👌

Could have been more bath towels from midweek. They took away the used ones but left hand towels in there place, not nice after a shower.. The piles of dust under the beds and on top of the curtains/ curtain rails, we're a bit off putting. The cleaners also took away the sheets for the couch in the sitting room midweek but failed to replace them. So my child had to make do with just a blanket. Lastly, letting us know when reception was open would have been useful to address the previously mentioned issues.

the location was excellent, our balcony was perfectly positioned to catch the midday sun till it set at 7pm

Our best holidays in Canary Islands

It is a very nice hotel. I liked the apartment very much, was very clean and comfortable. The Staff was really kind and friendly. The hotel is in a beautiful location and close to shops and beaches. There are dunes in a walking distance from hotel, it was possible to swim, beaches near dunes looked similar to Greece beaches. The supermarket on the main street, a few minutes walk from the hotel has many interesting foods. It was our best holidays on Canary Islands, we wished we could stay longer, it was so nice.

It was a bit tricky to get key from a lock at night, it would be good if there was an information with pictures and explanations sent before (maybe I am not used to safes). Also it was very dark to use the safe as we arrived in the evening but we had torches.

Close to the beaches and inside a town centre

Sofa bed was damaged and one person slept on the floor until cleaner provided floor mattress. Very outdated rooms, bathroom doors were damaged and unable to lock. Pool very dirty with some glue on a sides sticking to your skin and costume.

the location is fabulous. staff are very pleasant and helpful. Music in afternoon from restaurant was nice extra.

perfect location and a lot bigger than we expected

it can be loud if bar below has an entertainer on - we didn’t dislike this as we are a family with teenagers, but a young family may find problematic

Location is excellent. The large terrace was great for space. The cleaning lady with with the blonde hair was lovely.

This is a mediocre resort. We had to ensure windows were locked as someone can easily jump into the bedrooms from the outside! No air con in bedrooms, hot at night, ceiling fans moved at smail´s pace. Pool area quite depressing, baby pool was creepy looking. Overall, a great location but resort needs a massive refurb.

Amazing beach front view

We had the beach front property and it was absolutely amazing. The apartment itself is a little dated with a few cosmetic issues but the view itself made up for this in every way. The cleaner does an amazing job and the whole place is spotless

Slight damp smell in kitchen cupboard under the sink. Wasnt a major problem .

Seaview apartment. Priceless! What a view. Right next to Toro Beach Restaurant, amazing food & cocktails.

Pool area could do with a little tidy up and upgrade but we did spend most days at the beach.

We all had a fabulous holiday and we were all sad to leave our little holihome for the week

The apartments location right on the beach was amazing and the two bathrooms worked really for our group .The very large terrace area overlooking the beach gave us the best view I’ve ever had at this resort , absolutely amazing 😎

The swimming pool and the area around it , it all needs to be refurnished

Stayed here lots of times because of the fabulous location but it does need an pool upgrade and

Comfy apartment with superb view. Great location. Good restaurant very nearby. Cleaning team are friendly and work very hard.

Bathroom desperately needs to be upgraded. Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing. Very thin small towels provided. The pool area also needs attention. The Perspex safety screens need to be replaced. Availability of reception sketchy

The apertament was very clean, comfortable, well refurbished, literally at 5 metres from the beach, lovely swimming pool, nice, polite and professional staff. We all enjoyed Tao Caleta and we will definitely return!

There was no shower room . Our flight was 19.00 and we had to vacate the apartment at 11.00.

Beautiful location amazing views lovely family holiday

amazing location and wonderful views from the balcony. we would definitely stay again just for that ! large spacious apartment fairly modern nice decor

the locks on the doors difficult until you got used to them. no one at reception and no one answered the phone number when we tried to call. on our last day we had to ask a neighbour to put our suitcases in their room as we had nowhere to leave them .

fabulous apartment with all the necessities needed for a family stay!

we stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment and I honestly couldn’t fault it the balcony is huge with 7 sun beds on it and a table and chairs and the view is unbelievable
