Location was superb, couldn’t be closer to everything. Well equipped Villa and have everything you needed.
Pool very small

The location is the best -close to the sea and main bars and restaurants yet still hidden from the noise and crowds! The house is spacious, very nicely decorated with loads of tiny interior details that make it super cosy and stylish. We had absolutely everything we needed and more. The jewel of the house is the outside area where we've spent majority of time as even on windy days it stays sunny and hot. Internet connection is really good apart from couple rooms at the back.
Some appliances like dishwasher and dryer could be updated (dryer doesn't work). There were weird electricity breaks which was very easy to fix by switching the main electricity controllers back on in the kitchen, but still it shouldn't happen.

Really well located near supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Conveniently situated 20m from the recycling/ rubbish bins station where (the caretaker of the house quite rightly highlighted at the end of our stay) we had to bring all our rubbish to (it would appear there are large creatures at the property tearing bin bags apart).
The outside of the villa is not particularly attractive but inside it is really nice with a beautiful kitchen, extraordinary interior lighting and large comfortable sitting areas and bed (clean sheet).
Outdoor area with automatic lighting is modern, very smart and reassuring. Calm and quiet area.
there was reasonable supply of kitchen and loo paper along with washing products.
The caretaker’s manner was somewhat abrupt at first and his easy going manner felt rude to us but he always acted quickly to all the queries/Problems.
We felt our stay could have been much better given the price.
Nice house but not well looked after.
it is apparent that the interior of this house is dating and in a shabby state as during our stay many things were not working properly: from appliances to towel hooks, blinds , door handles, etc.
There was not enough hot water for two people to have a shower. Let alone an entire family.
Most importantly Advertised photos were showing a large tv in the lounge but this was not working either. And for us it was a big disappointment. The caretaker kindly arranged for it to be replaced by one of the smaller tv from another bedroom, casually set up on a pile of bricks and bath towels. This arrangement was not suitable for us because the tv was too small to watch and unstable and could not be moved closer to the settee.
Sleeping area: thick quilt. Too hot for the season. Good fans but no air con and lots of mosquitoes at night!
Outdoor area: The pool is no larger than a small jacuzzi and not particularly inviting. All the outdoor furniture is shabby and not comfortable.
Cleanliness: When we arrived the rooms were cleaned to an average domestic standard. Oven was not clean (but this was fixed the following day). Dish washer filter had not been checked and cleaned and therefore the machine would not function properly until we cleaned it. The pans, cutlery and dishes in the cupboard were also rather filthy. Windows and door frames dusty. Lack of hand soaps in bathrooms. Fusty smelly bath towels.
Since this House is detached and all fenced up it would have been really private if it was not for the caretaker snooping around within the enclosure of the property without prior notice and taking photos (of bins - kind instructions from the start would have suffice).
