It is a really beautiful place to be, alone or with the family, very close from everything.

Clean and comfortable! We were welcomed with a cold hibiscus drink, which hit the spot.
Layout kind of odd. To get to reception and rooms, you need to go through parking garage. Reception is literally in corner of parking garage.

Lovely hotel. The room was spacious & clean with good lighting. The veranda/terrace outside our room & the breakfast room itself was very inviting. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast (included) was delicious.
The outside of the hotel made us think it had closed down which is a shame for them because it's GREAT inside!

I like the hotel inside, it was clean rooms had good size, staff very friendly, the only thing from the outside doesn’t look like a nice hotel. Once you go inside is different I guess still in renovating.
The outside of the hotel.

Great hotel for a night stay in Coban! Comfortable, excellent service and a great breakfast! Rooms are cozy, clean and hot showers. Breakfast is included and is delicious. You’re able to sit down and order from a menu with coffee included. Very friendly service, helped us find our bus to lanquin the next day
Nothing!

the property didn’t look like much from the outside but every effort has been made inside to make it look really nice. old fashioned bits and pieces all over gave it a lovely comfortable feel and the people so helpful and friendly.

Location was very good with easy access to shops, bank/ATM, restaurants, and taxi service. Decor was a plus through out. Ambience was pleasant. Excellent value.
Warm water in the shower and A/C would have been appreciated.

Great value for money. Location very close to parque central but not noisy. Taxi rank and comedors 1 minute away. Nice breakfast included. Efficient staff.
Patchy wifi but that's true of most hotels in Guatemala

It is located on a busy street, there is a courtyard, but they use it for parking, so you feel like you are staying above a garage. The breakfast was ok. When we checked—in there were three guy there, I felt like they just were out to rip-off the tourists., like most people in Guatemala! I did not feel particularly safe in the hotel and was very happy to leave the next day. The hotel has potential to be a nice place as it is an old building, but it needs someone who understands the hotel business. Coban is in general not a very interesting city and I regret the time I wasted going there.

This hotel had spacious rooms, hot water, and it’s in a good location. The entrance is quite odd and ugly given that cars are parked and bundled on your way to reception but I think it’s hard for them to navigate given that they are in a buzzing place in town. The rooms, however, are spacious and the decor is simple but nice. I appreciated some of the amenities they had in the room such as a desk and luggage stand. My room rate included breakfast and what I liked is that you could choose from the menu. I chose the súper típico and the plantains could have a been sautéed a bit more. It also took awhile to take my order so if you are in a rush, just make sure to allow more time. The staff were friendly, especially at reception and very helpful. I would stay here again.
the wifi was spotty

We spent 5 nights in this hotel. We rate it as the best accommodation in Guatemala during our trip. Esteban was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. He helped with problem with our lost luggage and also he managed for us car with driver and willingly dealt with all our requirements during our stay in the hotel.
We rate the accommodation max. positive. It is a clean hotel with pleasant, kind, reliable and helpful staff in the center of Coban that we recommend to any traveler visiting Coban and not just for one night.

the hotel is undergoing renovation.
early in the morning, guests start their cars in the court yard.

Kitchen staff were very kind about preparing me a late breakfast the first morning, and whoever arranged for the box breakfast for me to take on a bus the next morning is also to be commended.
Hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom. There was no. place to hang wet or damp towels. Also, some way of opening and closing the window other than using a plastic hanger. Finally, printing the wifi password on a piece of paper and taping it to the wall in the room. Guests shouldn't have to make the staff write the wifi and password by hand on a slip of paper.

Comfortable room. Kitchen staff was accommodating and served delicious food. Staff very friendly and I felt welcome.
Cramped parking and hard to get in/out of the property because not much clearance from the street. However, the positives of the hotel outweigh the negatives.

New hotel, nice decoration, beds very confortable, hot shower. Excellent breakfast with many options. Also possibility to have dinner (same breakfast menu but still convenient). Staff very kind and helpful. A small shopping mall is two streets away.
Would be good to propose some rooms with 2 double beds for a family of 4.

I think this might be the best place in Coban. Nice, cozy, with personal touch. Very friendly and helpful host. Great breakfast. Good rooms, hot shower with good pressure. Safe parking.
It’s very central, but no noise.
One huge downside , that i am sure can fixed easily — some material of the roof, that makes even tiny rain a disaster. Like if it’s drumming right inside your brain.
I hope they fix it quickly. And it will be a perfect 10 place

The location was excellent and they have hot water!
The beds were kind of hard.
