Run, don't walk, to make your reservation and stay at this property, and island!

The staff, each and everyone, were excellent. They were attentive, respectful, cheerful and made you feel like family. The resort was excellently located and picture perfect. Looking forward to our next visit!

Good location, but poor staff and room options.

Location with access to beach and coral reef just few meters out. Free snorkeling gear available.

Rooms are very tiny with no amenities like water kettle, drinking water. Some staff, especially at reception, are not friendly and gives the impression that you are not welcome.

Amazing Resort!

Phenominal and completely stunning Resort! From the terrific staff, the perfectly decored/architecture of the facilities, the room, and the incredible brunch they serve. The location and scenery couldn't be any better.

Only small complaint: the hill getting to the canopy view rooms is very steep. Still a 10 out of 10 otherwise!

Hemos pasado unos días geniales, el hotel es una maravilla, muy bonito y con todas las comodidades. Quiero destacar el trato de todo el staff del hotel, todos y cada uno de ellos han sido de lo más amables y agradables con nosotros y, en general, con todos los huéspedes. Daniela y Javier del bar The Drop Off son unos verdaderos cracks, preparan unos cócteles increíbles y con la mejor actitud, y Karim del restaurante Alera nos atendió estupendamente. Sin duda lo mejor del hotel es el staff!

Nos ha gustado todo, por lo que no podemos decir nada negativo del hotel.

Beautiful, large property in amazing beach location

Beautiful property, perfect location at the Southern end of West Bay with amazing sunsets. Staff was always friendly and helpful. They even sent a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake to our room for my husband's birthday. Such a wonderful surprise!

I didn't realize how big the property was, so it was quite a long walk from our cabana to the beach.

Staff was absolutely exceptional and the vibe was really relaxed. They're absolutely there to help.

Resort was great. Definitely great staff and a very laid back area. A great spot that had great snorkeling and reefs right off the beach. A nice pool and a couple of dining and drinking establishments right on the beach.

Food was good at times depending on the dish. It's an island so some things are harder to get than others, but that shouldn't be a surprise. The culinary scene is good, but it's literally the last resort down the line so there aren't many other restaurants except down the beach or on the resort.

Lovely hotel

All of the employees try the best to make you feel comfortable as possible. Mauricio was a life saver when it came to getting me some pastelitos to bring back home with me.

Only problem I had was I called room service twice and nobody answered so when they finally called back I couldn’t order from the dinner menu

The place to stay if you go to West Bay. It is the best place to stay for snowing as well.

One of the best !!!

The hotel is beautiful, the staff was so friendly and attentive. Everything eas GREAT!! The beach was so beautiful. My family enjoy this experience to the fullest. God first we will come back!!

My only complaint was at check in there was a mix up with the type of room I booked and the lady at the front desk her name was Angy was not very accommodating and the front desk manager never show up to try and help us with the matter. Checking took about an hour The excuse they use was " we can't do much since you book through a third party" this is an expensive 5 start hotel you would think they will do anything to accommodate you but that was not the case.

Makellos saubere Unterkunft. Weltbester SPA. Tolles Restaurant mit herzlichem Personal, welches einem sehr gut umsorgt. Ein besonderer Dank gilt Louisa und ihrem Team. Ich konnte mich wunderbar erholen.

Preisniveau viel zu hoch. Beispielsweise kostet der Flughafentransfer in einem geteilten Auto 55 Dollar. Bei diesen Preisen sollte ein kostenloser Shuttle angeboten werden. Beim Strand legen sich Leute vor den abgesperrten Strandabteil und benehmen sich nicht immer gut. Hier müsste das Hotel wirklich durchgreifen.

Luxury property but dropped the ball on some of the basics that make a difference. AC, Bedding, Towels

1. The second night of a four night stay, the AC didn’t work in the bedroom of the condo. Maintenance visited, adjusted HVAC but still didn’t work. Temps were high and ceiling fan didn’t offer much comfort. 2. The shower pressure was a drip. Had to request maintenance (2x’s) adjust. 3. Housekeeping didn’t add flat sheets between comforter and fitted sheet on sofa bed and main bed. 4. We noted that we would have 4 people in the room but housekeeping only provided towels and robes for 2 people

Fantastic service in a great resort

The staff were absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, helpful and going above and beyond in all instances.

As we went in the off season some of the kids’ games rooms weren’t available and there were a few building / snagging works ongoing. But I think this was linked to the season and it still being a very new resort.

Lovely short stay at a newly renovated resort.

The newly renovated hotel is lovely, clean and beautiful. When we stayed they had only been re-opened for under a week and our stay was unexpected due to having to leave a different resort. The room was spacious, the service was excellent and the meals were great. We did a morning at the spa and it was quiet, peaceful and relaxing. While we stayed there could not have been more than 20 rooms book, so you felt like you had the entire property to yourself and this may have an impact on our experience and rating as we did not have to wait for anything and there were plenty of locations poolside or beach front to use.

Of course the cost is something to consider. I felt like we got good value for what was offered but this is definitely how a budget friendly option for many.

I would have loved to have options to choose the kind of bed in the room, like orthopedic or semi or soft beds. There was no option to choose and my room had a super soft bed, too soft that it was uncomfortable most of the time

Awesome place

Breakfast awesome. Omelet station for made to order breakfast. Eat right on the beach. One bedroom oceanfront was spacious, updated and modern, and had great view of daily sunset. Snorkeling right off beach was amazing. Fishing was incredible, mahi and tuna all morning.

The customer service was excellent. The servers in restaurant were top notch. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing especially for snorkeling.

The rooms were very damp, hard to sleep when bedding feels damp. The furniture felt a bit dated. My room said ocean view. It was definitely not an ocean view. You could see bits and pieces of the ocean through the trees. I would have labeled it jungle or tropical view. Please educate your customers on the bugs. Although bug spray is provided I truly had no idea i was getting hundreds of bites. Couldn’t feel or see them. Please tell people to use spray no matter what.

dream vacation

It was an incredible experience. I will definitely go back to sleep. The service was very good. Everything at a high and especially friendly level. Rich breakfast with a view of the clean beach and the blue sea.

I don't know what to write here. I personally was satisfied with everything.
