Lovely room with great facilities and amazing location!

We loved it here so much we extended our stay! Super clean and a lovely pool! It was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the main central area. Great value for money!

Great setting

Lovely setting with a great view. It's a good stay for a couple of nights. Staff were really attentive and helpful.

Pool was being renovated. Breakfast was basic. Leaking tap next to the toilet. Bed was a bit hard.

Experiencia preciosa

El persona SUPER, te van a recoger a la llegada en la barca y te llevan el equipaje hasta el hotel, solo tienes que avisarles de que has llegado y en unos minutos tienes a un chico allí. El paisaje precioso desde los bungalows, la piscina agradable. Justo al lado tienes el muelle para coger el ferry hacia PHI PHI entre otros destinos. Todo lo tienes cerca, restaurantes, masajes, supermercados. El precio es de lo más económico de RAILAY. Experiencia preciosa

rapporto qualità della stanza/prezzo assolutamente non conveniente

Sarebbe carino ma pagare per un bungalow 150 € al giorno per una stanza del genere, senza box doccia, quindi doccia che scarica direttamente su tutto il bagno, con qualche animaletto che si aggira in stanza....é troppissimo

Sarebbe forse il prezzo da chiedere per le stanze più nuove all' interno della prima parte della struttura

Le personnel était accueillant souriant et serviable, nous avions pu changer pour une chambre deluxe (avec un supplement) a la place de notre bungalow car c'était vraiment très petit. La chambre deluxe était spacieuse et propre. A ce prix là on ne peut pas s'attendre à du grand luxe non plus donc bon rapport/qualite/prix.

Pas grand choix pour le petit déjeuner, le jus d'orange était trop sucrée, la piscine pas très propre même si un nettoyage est fait chaque matin, l'hôtel est viellot mais cet hôtel est dans la gamme moyenne sur l'île comparer aux autres, donc bon rapport/qualite/prix .

Nice location and the bungalow were mostly clean and comfortable.

Forget about the "& Spa" in the name, that's an outright lie. No view from this place, the sheet were not super clean and the furniture in the bathroom half broken. I usually don't mind about this sort of things, but for this price I expected better.

Exceptional

As always, lovely staff. One of the lights was out but they repaired it promptly.

A little more variety in the breakfast buffets for vegetarians would be great but it was good!

I forgot AC but they gave me anyway because I stayed more than two weeks

Good value for the price but the rooms need some larger maintanace. As long you only sleep there (as you should) it is quite okay.

We got lucky enough to get the room with the waterfront view so was very nice. Good sized room and balcony.

I shall return to this hotel again so it must be really good value for money.

The room was very good value for money. This becomes a little more expensive during the Water Festival. Reservations via the hotel directly were more expensive than booking via booking.com.

You get what you pay for, and, this really was great value for money so I really can't complain.

good place to stay in Railay

bedrooms were really big. pool area is very pretty.

the pool beds are wooden and they don’t provide cushions, so it is rock hard and not relaxing. pool wasn’t very clean.

Nice place to spend a few nights in Railay

The staff were friendly and the pool was a nice addition. Great scenery surrounding the resort too!

Being placed right at the back of the resort in the less modernised rooms. A bit pricey but was high season at the time so not unsurprising.

Railay

Nice, quiet area in good location. Fan and air conditioning in room. Bed was comfortable.

Pool: 1. needs to be redone, lining at bottom coming up. 2. area was dirty, including inside pool. One member of reception staff wasn’t very welcoming and was rude when checking out.
