Por ese precio, no se pueden exigir grandes lujos. Aunque un poco de mantenimiento, le haría falta

Está bien localizado en pleno centro del Puerto. Perfecto para salir de fiesta por la zona. El alojamiento es un poco decadente pero por el precio que tiene, no se puede pedir más.

Apartamentos con escaso o nulo mantenimiento. Humedad en las paredes. Ropa de cama con restos de huéspedes anteriores. Insectos encontrados en las habitaciones. No hay gel de ducha. Poco papel higiénico. No había secador de pelo. El sofá cama estaba roto. Sin embargo, Tania, quien se encarga de gestionar el alojamiento, suele ser bastante reactiva para solucionar los problemas en la medida de lo posible.

De batalla. Las fotos no corresponden 100% al piso.

La localización es centrica y a 15 mins andando de la renfe.

Limpieza justa, sin menaje de cocina (ni ollas, ni cubiertos ni platos..) en el apartamento cuando pone que esta disponible y de 3 dias de alojamiento, 2 nos duchamos con agua fria, no salia caliente.

Very poor lighting, which kind of made us feel uncomfortable.The TV set is very small and the kitchen could have used some bowls 🥣

Good

The apartment is located in the centre of town, close to all facilities. The house and the street are quiet with hardly any car traffic. The apartment itself is reasonably sized and it is equipped with everything you need during a short stay. The bed was really comfortable and we appreciated the oven.

The furniture and many fittings of the apartment are worn and should be replaced, especially the dining table. There is a washing machine but there is nowhere to hang the clothes - the lines on the roof belong to permanent residents of the building. The WiFi could be stronger.

there was no aircon in the bedrooms, only in the living room. this was not mentioned on the property info! also, it was very noisy at night time due to the night life and the location of the property

Nice central apartment in El Puerto

Nice apartment, next to restaurants, shops, museums. Big living room and spacious rooms.

Some of the kitchen items were not very clean. Also, the person who gave us the key was not too polite/friendly. A bit more clien-focus attitude would be appreciated.

Great local, but make sure they clean it upon arrival

We loved the location. The bed is very comfy

Have to pay for parking, and can't park IFO to unload luggage. We wish it had been cleaned before we got there. It looked like it was cleaned months before. Plus, no coffee maker or dish towels. Had to ask for them. That's why I think the owner hadn't been to property in some while. Dust on the counters, stove top. Window left open and we were attacked by mosquitoes. Spent most of the night killing them. Also, a large mold spot in the bathroom ceiling. Really stinky and I'm allergic to mold

Lovely Apartment / Bad Neighbours

The apartment was small but cosy and adequate for us. It was in a great location and easy to find The Host was very helpful before we arrived with whatsapp messages for getting into the property. We took our dogs and were made to feel very welcome to bring them.

We found the apartment walls very thin and you could hear any noise from outside the apartment, ie neighbours chatting.. doors shutting etc. It made us feel that we had to be very quiet and had to keep the noice from the TV or radio really low. Neighbours below were not nice. I had 3 dogs there and one had a slight accident (pee)in the forecourt which I cleaned up within 2 minutes of the accident thoroughly with cleaner and water. I left the floor clean and smelling fresh. Within that time whilst cleaning the downstairs neighbour had complained to the owner. What I do not understand is that this neighbour had watched me clean up the mess so why complain! I think the Hosts obviously have neighbour issues which is a shame as the Apartment is lovely. Sadly we will not stay again as we felt uncomfortable
