absolutely loved our stay in Keswick and our accommodation was perfect for us

The location was perfect , near town centre and adjacent to multiple restaurants cafes pubs shops local markets lake and walks Out host Jason was incredibly helpful and friendly Our room was comfy clean and had a jet bath , lovely after the long walks

the accommodation is an older building so being on the top floor, the stairs were a bit of a challenge , but at the same time climbing them was a cardiovascular workout so still good !

Great location just a short walk away from the town centre - which is full of great bars such as the Gun and Dog and the Crafty Bar. As well as lovely walks around Derwentwater and Friars Crag. We were there for just two nights but access was easy and Jason was super attentive and helpful. Would certainly return and/or recommend to friends and family.

Room was on the whole very clean. Location excellent. Friendly owner who offered recommendations for eating out and visiting.

Cobwebs on light fitting, the standard of cleanliness was otherwise exceptional.

A great nights sleep on a night out for work.

Was in Keswick for work ,only really used the lodgings to sleep and away early the next day but the room was clean,comfy and a good nights sleep,sorry away early so didnt have breakfast.

Cannot think of anything although parking isnt that close but i left my van near the shop i was working at and walked to the lodgings.

Room and bedding was immaculate,, modern decor, little fridge provided with fresh milk provided daily. Great view of the hills and the park

We booked room with spa bath and it didn't disappoint the room was lovely and spa bath really relaxing

The only thing I can say I didn't like was the slanted ceiling as was scared we hit our heads which my fiance did ... oops

a home away from home

Jason and Alison were especially helpful with any questions we had and were very responsive with our messages prior to arriving. the room was clean and had lots of storage. We loved the spa bath especially coming back to it after being in the wet weather hiking!

A fault by us, we didn’t realise that we booked the room on the top floor so there were quite a few steps too many especially for my mum, but the view from the window and the spa bath makes it worth the climb up!

Lovely weekend break in a fabulous location.

It was in an ideal location and lovely and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay.

very enjoyable stay and we were well looked after.

The location of the property was excellent and close to all local amenities including pubs,restaurants,shops and a large park across the road. The market was there on a Thursday and Saturday and there were plenty of stalls. The property itself was very clean and refreshments were topped up daily which included fresh milk. The room had a small refrigerator to keep milk cool.Jason and Alison were lovely and very caring particularly when I felt slightly unwell. I would definitely return to stay there again.

The refrigerator was a bit noisy at night, but resolved easily by switching it off
