EZ não decepciona, excelente!

Havia bastante tempo que não me hospedava no EZ e foi um a grata surpresa esta nova estadia O hotel é bem amplo, organizado, o apartamento, para a minha necessidade foi na medida e o café da manhã, excelente! Não usei, mas tem traslado para shopping, estação de metrô, disponibilizado pelo hotel

Não retornaria para nova temporada devido à localização

Embora o apartamento que me foi destinado seja muito pequeno, a estadia foi boa.

Localização péssima. Não consegui fazer nada a pé. O dinheiro que economizei nas diárias foi todo gato com táxis; o lugar é muito soturno, bem perto de uma comunidade. Também não gostei do café da manha, por não variar de um dia para o outro. Os três cafés da manhã não tiveram nenhuma alteração.

Bom costo-benefício

O hotel fica numa rua tranquila, porém não tem nada por perto. A cama é muito confortável. O quarto era silencioso, porque ficava nos fundos do hotel. É um hotel simples, mas tem relativo conforto. Se estiver de carro, a localização não atrapalha.

O banheiro era muito pequeno e o revestimento do piso está velho, parecendo sujo. Acho que são os quartos do bloco de trás, porque entrei num quarto do bloco da frente e o piso é novo.

Ótima suíte, bem espaçosa e limpa, cama confortável, banheiro excelente, café da manhã muito bom, academia bem equipada, piscina perfeita, 2 restaurantes no local com cardápio variado e bom preço, equipa do hotel sempre muito cordial e pretativa.

Great breakfast facilities, pool and gym. We stayed at a few hotels in Brazil and this was the best.

The front of the hotel does not present as well as the interior.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. Stayed there 4 times.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times... I like how accommodating and friendly the staff members are... My flight from Los Angeles always landed early in the morning and they always let me check in early. After long hours flying this is a big plus to me... I love that they have a small gym, a coworking with high speed wi-fi, 2 restaurants, a pool and excellent location in São Paulo, near the Paulista Ave with free shuttle service to the shopping mall. Will keep on coming back. The price is perfect for what the hotel has to offer.

A lovely hotel with excellent staff in a quirky part of town..

Excellent staff, hotel amenities were all very very good. Natalie at reception was awesome and the guys in the restaurants were attentive and made a big effort. Had breakfast at the hotel and it was yummy! Nice artsy neighborhood with good Japanese restaurants in area.

Location is a little dodgy.. I usually stay in penheiros, the business part of town, which cleaner and nicer and just felt a lot safer, whereas this areas just doesn't feel quite as safe and at night is not well lit at all. Again, use caution and travel via uber after dark, to get around to most places is $5-10 cab so inexpensive.

Nice, convenient place to stay in the region

Very convenient location, I booked a small room but it was clean an confortable. Didn´t use the wifi, so nothing to say about that. Coffee break is quite good, mainly because of the place where is served, very spacious and pleasant.
