Boa, mas a atitude de alguns funcionários pode destruir uma boa impressão geral.

O quarto tem um bom tamanho. Os funcionários da recepção são educados e prestativos.

O chuveiro é ruim. Curto e, portanto, grudado na parede. O box é um tanto apertado. O ralo é pequeno, o que faz com que a água empoce no box, além de ter um aspecto de velho, antiquado e sujo. Mas, do que menos gostei foi do café da manhã. Na verdade, não tanto dos alimentos em si, embora não fosse uma delícia e várias coisas estavam frias (pão de queijo, por exemplo). O que mais me incomodou foram dois funcionários. Eles quebraram uma louça próximo às frutas e em vez de mostrarem preocupação, ficaram rindo, achando graça. Demoraram para limpar o chão e (pasmem!) para recolher os cacos de vidro do balcão! Havia pedações de louça quebrada nos alimentos, nos guardanapos! Falei com um deles, que estava despreocupado papeando no Whatsapp, e ele se limitou a dizer que "o rapaz vai limpar", agindo como se eu estivesse sendo inconveniente. E se um outro hóspede desavisado ingerisse um alimento com um fragmento de louça, por menor que fosse?

Boa localização e equipe atenciosa

Localização excelente, equipe muito boa e atenciosa. Tem uma pequena area fitness que quebra o galho. Cama confortável, quarto grande, banheiro bom e limpo. Vista dos quartos é privilegiada. Não tive nenhum problema com Wifi.

Café da manhã é bom, mas por acomodar muitas pessoas em trabalho, seria bom disponibilizarem mais cedo para quem quiser, mesmo que não esteja completo. Eu estava com mais pressa que vontade de comer e tive que esperar ficar tudo pronto, além do horário programado.

Café com cardápio que atende às necessidades básicas alimentares.

A opção da disponibilidade do restaurante do serviço de café após a refeição, o que é uma rotina dos brasileiros.

parking service was terrible. You had to stop at reception to get a ticket every time you entered, then move to parking. The spots to park in front of desk were inappropriate, being somewhat on traffic way. The person at the reception woke me up after 10pm by request of the person at the parking lot who claimed I had parked at the wrong spot (BESIDE the correct spot) For the record, I went down in pijamas with the kid to give them the key. When I picked up the car in the morning I noticed said spot was vacant.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection and the vicinity to the Ibirapuera Park is great.

No one at the reception could speak English.

An absolute nightmare, i want my money back.

Location is great

It had black mold all over the bathroom windows at my face height, black mold in the grout all over the bathroom The white grout bathroom floor was black Lamp shades loose and looking dangerous. Air conditioner did not work Slipery soapy floor when in contact with water There were a hole in the sheets, no matress cover. My experience was a truly nightmare and now im sick because of the strong mold smell. I had to leave the hotel several times because i could not breath. I had to leave once because there were a family in the room 1101 with kids completely out of control screaming and banging the walls. I think is very disrespectful towards me to pay 320 reais for a room to have a rest and a shower and i felt even more dirty after beeing in that shower.

Very close to the airport and to the place I had to go. The room was confortable with good Wifi and air conditioning. The breakfast had good variety. Something very important now a days is that you could find easily alcohol gel.

To what I was looking for there was nothing I didn´t like.
