Bom cafe da manhã Quanto aos valores foi cobrado o estacionamento que não estava informado na reserva, no valor de $25 de acréscimo.

A localização e café da manhã são fantásticos.

A cama que eu dormi(quarto 905) tem um desnível no colchão, o que incomodou um pouco ao dormir. Não tem importância juntar duas camas de solteiro para formar uma de casal, mas que os colchões sejam iguais.

Dessa vez foi decepcionante.

A localização é muito boa para quem quer aproveitar o bairro da Liberdade. Fica na Galvão Bueno (coração do bairro)

As instalações são muito antigas. Muitos carpetes espalhados. Pra quem tem problemas com poeira não tem como ficar. O custo benefício é muito caro. Paguei quase 2.000,00 para três diárias (2 adultos e 1 criança de 13 anos). No mais, a equipe deixou a desejar. Na limpeza, esqueceram de repor o papel higiênico. Ao falar na recepção, o atendente disse que eu teria que descer pra pegar o papel higiênico. Quando desci, tinha uns 5 funcionários sem fazer nada lá embaixo, que poderiam muito bem subir e levar o papel até o quarto. Como não fizeram, fiquei eu andando pelo hotel com o papel higiênico na mão.

El personal de recepción NO HABLA NI ENTIENDE ESPAÑOL lastima que un hotel de estas características no tengan personal CAPACITADO para una mejor comunicación con sus huéspedes. Personal poco flexibles en ayudar y colaborar a los huéspedes. La pensaría antes de volver a este Hotel.

Check in um pouco confuso, mas as acomodações sao otimas.ótimas.

Cama grande e confortável, tudo limpinho. TV estava funcionando perfeitamente desta vez. Café da manhã com várias opções.

O ar-condicionado não estava funcionando.

Great place to stay in Liberdade

The staff was very polite and helpful

The Wi-Fi was really bad, slow and unstable. If you need to have meetings constantly you will need a mobile network.

Good location, close to subway, in the "oriental" neighborhood, polite staff, good coffee shop, large room

Very simple breakfast, lack of more variety of fruits, no yogurt. Booking shows the hotel provides safe box in the room, but not every room has it. You have to ask for it in your reservation. Old hotel that had its heyday a few decades ago but still has its value. Small renovations would be welcome.

Amazing find in Liberdade

Great location with lots of good restaurants nearby, and less than 10 minutes walk from a metro station. Friendly staff, great breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was a little dated - this wasn't a problem for comfort, but there was some permanent staining on parts of the bathroom.

room was clean enough, for the value paid it worth the stay.

it was cold in Sao Paulo, when we asked why the aircon wasn't working to heat, they said it doesn't have heat functionality, and if we wanted they could bring more blankets. It was making 8 degrees in SP, I think having aircon definitely makes the difference, specially as some cold air was coming from the windows.
