Cozy and quiet environment. Spacious parking lot. Close to good restaurants, cafes and just a stone's throw away to central Prawirotaman area and market. Despite its looks, surprisingly that this hotel also has an elevator.
Just a decent facilities.

I like the location and the Cafe across the road. The lobby area is nice but the Staff is so so.
The bed is very old and not comfy .. the worse part: lots of Ants .. my son's skin was red and itchy! the towel + bed Covers + batik pillows are very old and smelly. The Shower is old, when you have a Shower the Water feels hurts on your skin. The Toilette is dirty and full with insect. The common area - in Front of the hotel room is super noicy. Often girls, kids and mans talking loudly .. gigling in front of their room.. and it's at 5 AM 🤨😡 will not recommend this hotel to anyone as I am myself super disappointed. But I see Lots of ppl staying there.. because it's cheap and the Staff are careless!!! No rules to obbey. So if you are complaning to them.. it wont change anything. The Pool is dirty. . I have paid the room for 10 nichts (3-12.7. 2023 and after 1 day.. we were busy checking other hotels. Found one @ Burza Hotel and moved there from 10-12. 7. 2023. Feeling relieved to moved out!

A hotel with lots of potential, but the management is not competent enough to use its potential. The bathroom was disgusting, the cleaner spent one hour to make it a bit okay. It was a local holiday and everything was booked so , had no choice. Mainly local tourists, I guess for their standard was okay.
Only location , next to a few very good restaurants and bars .

The staffs are helpful, quick and awesome. Our check-in is so seamless and smooth, considering we've been on the road for 7 hours. They are accommodative and made us feel like home.
The pool is like a breeze, so fresh. A quick dip helped us during our stays.

Hotel stuff were so kindly, friendly and helpful. Close to restaurants and Cafe shops.
Bed was not comfortable, bathroom was not clean, there were cobwebs.

The location in a quiet sude street was good + the pool.
The room was not cleaned properly, the toilet had hair and toilet paper in it on my arrival after check-in and it was wet. Apparently not cleaned at all. When I asked the receptionist to send someone to clean it while I go for dinner, he just nodded but apparently didn't understand because no one went up there to clean it. The bathroom in general would need a proper hard cleaning with a brush and chemicals.
A group of local guests (a whole bus) getting up around 6 am were really noisy, kids screaming and no one from the staff did anything about it. We didn't get much sleep but were happy ro leave.

The hotel staff are very kind.
The swimming pool is a little small, and you may become a center of attention if you are swimming there. Also, you must walk in front of other hotel guests lounging on their terrace.

Swimming pool, the interior, and the Javanese style building are all beautiful. It was pretty clean.
The room lighting is a little dark. The breakfast is mediocre for this kind of hotel. I enjoyed having the breakfast in a comfortable way, though.

The pool could use some cleaning

Comfortable hotel in a quiet street away from the mosques, located in a lovely garden with a pool.
Spacious room with enough storage to unpack our bags, small patio in front.
Nice sized bathroom with glass partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom.
White linen and super comfy bed.
Daily housekeeping if wanted.
Located between Nanamia, a great Italian restaurant & Mediterranean Restaurant by Kamil; right across Chocolate Monggo, a great ice cream parlor with a small lido in front of it.
Nice little gift stores around, generally 3 k from the major sightseeing sites like the palace and major museums, easily accessible by rickshaw or on foot.
We love it so much that we've extended for another week.
The bathroom walls hadn't been cleaned in a while but the staff took care of it immediately after I mentioned it.
Being on the ground-floor ants are unavoidable but nothing that a regular spray can't take care of.
As mentioned by others: locals use the pool way before 7 am at weekends and no security to prevent them despite the regulations announced at the pool. That must be taken care of to stop these regular complaints. It's easy to make sure that the security is at the pool until 7 am but the management has not taken measures yet despite the complaints.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bed was lovely and soft. The location was great. Near lots of local food and restaurants. They even sell Bintang.
The pool could have been cleaner but I did mention it and they got right on to cleaning it. Good job.

Old style decor and small pool. Breakfast served at our room when limited guests didnt require a buffet.

The staff, the senior one is very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the view is very nice. The location also near the centre. The theme of the hotel is also very local.
The wastafel is too small, the hot water needs to be fixed. I needed to wait like ages for the hot water to come, and was very difficult to adjust. The bed was not too comfy. The pool needs to be cleaned.
